This clinic is a mixed bag. Dr. Pruett is excellent. When my two cats got a serious bacterial infection, she acted quickly and did the right things. Unfortunately, I was put with a younger doctor who over-medicated both cats. Bella definitely needed the first dental cleaning (general anesthesia), but the second one, a year later, found only moderate plaque. General anesthesia is expensive, not all that good for animals, and should probably be used only when it is really essential. When Max had a slightly hyperthyroid reading, he was put on Methimazole, which was OK with me at the time. Several months later, he had gone from being a lively, playful cat to spending all his days sleeping under a blanket. He also wasn't eating enough and was losing weight. Methimazole can cause hypothyroid symptoms, including loss of appetite. Hyperthyroid cats eat and eat, but can't keep weight on. They are medicated so they don't starved to death. In spite of the fact that Max was not eating enough and three subsequent tests were normal, the vet kept insisting that he was hyperthyroid and should be kept on the drug. I gradually cut back the dosage, letting her know each time. Max got better and put on weight. Even after I discontinued the Methimazole, she wanted me to keep bringing him in every three months for a blood test. BTW, she never ordered any test but a T4. There is such a thing as a thyroid panel, which could have provided more information. I said that there was no point in doing more tests because I was not going to restart Methimazole. She discontinued me as a patient. I think this clinic probably does better with dogs than with cats. Their suggestions on dealing with fecal incontinence were not very helpful. Dr. Pruett has done a wonderful job of shepherding me through the process of testing for my young dog's cancer, understanding the meanings of all the tests, and understanding my options. The fact that I swamped her office with tears didn't phase her. She took the time to respond to detailed questions about my dog's blood work and ultrasound. When the time came to decide between further treatment verses comfort measures, she exerted no pressure- just stuck with the facts, and was emotionally supportive.The office staff have also been exceptionally kind, supportive, and available. Based on my experience, Combs gets 5 stars for quality of care, but most of that is negated on a number of other factors. The good - the vets are very good at diagnosing. The bad - there is much to be said. While my regular visits were essentially uneventful and helpful, there were a few occasions where there were disagreements, and they ultimately decided that they no longer wanted me as a client, and initially tried to part ways with me just after my dog had his recent Cushing's test and needed meds ASAP. They refused to refill his meds due to some rather scathing reviews I left. While truthful, they were exceptionally harsh due to my frustration over the matter. I deleted them because it was clear they would rather let my dog suffer than to speak with me about the matter. After I deleted those, they sent in a 1 month refill to give me some time to find another vet. That is why this specific review will be commenting specifically on my own personal experience. Prescriptions - my dog required a drug called Trilostane. They pointed me to the online pharmacy they used, and it cost about $200 a month. That was far too expensive, and when I told them that, I was given a list of network pharmacies. I'm on disability, and that was much more than I can afford. They either did not offer it or offered it at a similar price. I asked for a copy of the prescription, and was told they do not do that. (Indiana law requires a vet to do this unless they have reason to believe a drug or prescription is being abused.) I had to scour the internet until I found a place that offered exactly what I needed for around $60 a month. They made sure this place had the proper credentials, and sent prescriptions and refills there. I have been able to locate another vet who is flexible in how prescriptions are handled. Customer service - in my experience, it's fine to a degree. If you are neurodivergent, I suggest you find another place. There were a few times where I questioned things, including when I needed to find a way to get an affordable prescription. There were several instances of being given information at the last minute. The final one being the day of his test. We had been communicating via text to set things up. At no point did anyone contact me to inform me that my dog must be up on his rabies shot for them to perform the test. I took him in, and at the last moment, before they were about to take him back, I was informed they would not do the test unless he had his rabies shot. That's about the way it was put. I've worked in customer service for quite a long time, and there are a LOT of ways to phrase things in a gentle way to make it a little less unpleasant. They did not do that. It was very harsh, and as a person with ADHD, I do not process that sort of information well when it's presented in such a way. I told them all of this after they informed me they no longer wished to work with me. At this point, it can be considered discrimination. It's very disappointing to experience what was (to me) an extraordinary lack of professionalism. Good customer service dictates that you always do your best to keep a client informed and up to date, and you communicate in a way that is friendly and non confrontational. That was not my experience unless I simply agreed with whatever they said. Other notes - They shop out notifications to a third party service, which is pretty common these days. I received at least one about a month after the service mentioned was due. They do offer customer service by text, which can be VERY handy. Most of the time they were on top of things. Combs clinic has truly lost its way. While their prices are premium, the quality of pet care and customer service is far from it. When my dog, a patient of theirs, needed end-of-life care and was suffering through a non-medical emergency, they refused to schedule an appointment, claiming they were booked for months and instead directed me to Indianapolis for emergency care. I could go on about their lack of responsiveness--constantly failing to answer phones, long delays in returning calls, and the extremely rude and condescending behavior I experienced when I went in for a flea medication refill. I didn't call ahead, but the doctor had previously told me to just stop by when needed. When I did, I offered to return later, but she refused and chose instead to make a scene in the lobby, making me feel guilty while it only took her a couple of minutes to get the refill. The bottom line is, when you need them the most, they won't be there for you or your pet. The pain and anguish your family is already going through will only be worsened by the lack of care from those you should be able to rely on. read more

This place has subceeded my lowest expectations for veterinary service. I could write 20 pages on my abysmal experience(s) with them, but here are a couple highlights: 1) They sprayed me with Bordetella vaccine. The doc came in and without preparation or explanation just told me to "hold [my] dog's head". As I gently held his head, she whipped a rubber syringe out and attempted to blast it into his nose. He recoiled, and she sprayed me. I didn't know what was happening. I didn't know inoculations were given nasally. Had I known this is what was about to happen, I would have secured my dog more firmly. 2) They make you wait. I am extremely punctual. I show up when I'm told to show up, and on several occasions I have gone in first to ask if they were ready, only to be told to bring my animal in and then have to wait 10-15-20 minutes or so in the lobby. This is a problem because my animal goes ballistic when he sees other animals. It's totally avoidable - I show up on time and double check to make sure they're ready, only to get side-eye from their staff when he starts barking. One of the ladies even commented something to the effect of "I don't know what your problem is, it's just another dog!" I understand, he gets excited, and it's annoying. But it's a totally avoidable situation. I'd be more than happy to sit in the car with him until you're ready, and if that's not acceptable, you have several exam rooms the on-deck animal could be placed in with the owner instead of waiting in the lobby, especially after chaos has ensued. But instead, the staff just sit there staring forward pretending like there isn't a complete and total meltdown ensuing in their lobby. This has happened 3 times. 3) They don't answer the phone and instead communicate with you by text. Whomever is texting is neither a Veterinarian or a Veterinarian Technician - it is one of the ladies who cash you out at the front. You can see their communications up on their monitors while you're in the lobby. My experience was incredibly frustrating as there were huge gaps between communications, and the responses were poorly written, non-sequiturs, and confusing. For example, after being discharged with medication I was again told to ask any questions via text. I texted as soon as I got home a question about mixing the painkillers they gave me with Trazadone they had given me - I received a response to this question about mixing medications 22 hours later. Fortunately, the information I found on google matched what they told me a day later. read more

Although many vets are busy right now, the time to get on the wait list here is very long, and they do not seem in any rush to accept or care for other patients. As someone who has brought my pet here a couple of times, I have heard technicians speaking about other pet cases very loudly in the back room. For example, while waiting for the Dr. to come in, I could hear technicians talking loudly, cussing, and laughing about certain pet cases. I even heard them giggle when hearing about my pet's issues. I found hearing these things extremely unprofessional and showed a lack of seriousness about the severity of my pet's problem. ALSO: reading how negative Google reviews are responded to further shows the lack of professionalism and care Combs has for their patients. Who argues with someone after their pet has passed away? I took my rabbit here for his neuter. (roughly) 400$ versus the 75$ at Vanderburgh Humane. I was hoping for better medical care paying more but NOPE! Staff was clueless when I picked up my rabbit about the questions I had and not once did I see the Dr. Rabbits have an extremely delicate digestive system, so after surgery, it's imperative they continue to eat. My rabbit had issues. I called the vet 3X starting early AM, and received no call back. This place is expensive, overpriced and a joke! Raven a greyhound went in with a wart like growth on her right front leg near the joint. The doctor slipped and sliced through the tendon. So this clinic preceded to wrap the leg so tight; that it was cutting off the circulation in the leg. And asked us to come back in a week. She left Combs that day in pain. . She was taken back in less than a week. That was the point they said she Would never be unable to move around with easy or climb stairs. At which point the tried to make a excuse for their self by saying that she had cancer as if that had anything to do with their malpractice if she would have been human. While still thinking they should be paid. I would never set foot in this establishment again. And would recommend no one do it for more than vaccinations. This place is horrible. We have had such a hard time getting into a vet, that we finally got into this vet clinic 45 minutes away from us. With it being our first time going we left an hour early to ensure we got there on time. We ended up getting turned around and showed up to our appointment literally ten minutes late. They refused to see us. We explained we live far away and it being our first visit werent too sure where we were going. Not to mention we have a newborn baby...we're juggling a lot and a little understanding wouldve gone a long way, but alas, they refused to see us and so we drove almost an hour home without being seen. Our dog is in desperate need of her meds since we moved here and can't see our old vet that's states away. We have no idea where we're going to get meds...all because we were TEN minutes late. Do not go here. Heartless and hard. That's how I would describe any business that treats people this way. I'm in shock. There are about a million other vets out there and some of them still have compassion and are driven by their love to help animals (and their owners) instead of being driven soley by money. Our beloved pet was put to sleep after many years of attention at Combs. In most recent years, she needed two heart medications, most recently filled Nov 2. As her meds hadn't been opened at the time of her passing we inquired if they could use the medicines (especially considering puppy heart med have been hard to source) and offer a refund since we could not use them. Call 8:20 am Monday advised by representative yes they received chart from emergency vet service advising of her passing and said yes, bring in the medicine and card used for a refund. 6:05 pm Monday call to notify arrived (covid so no entry into building) advised by representative office manager Tammy left early for the day, said to leave the medicines (which we did), they took down the card info, and said the refund would be processed Tuesday morning upon her return. Tuesday called 2:27 pm to inquire about it and was advised by representative manager was in meetings all day but would be processed. Voicemail from Tammy at Combs saying "somebody came wanting a credit" for meds and they don't do that, to call if questions, and left a "buh-bye-ee" at the end of the voicemail. I called and was told by Tammy to tell her who told us because they don't refund any medicines dispensed but would do us the courtesy to dispose of it so we didn't have to come back and that her voicemail message wasn't intended as it was received to which I replied "the road to Hell is paved with good intentions." She responded that she is a Christian. The call did not improve from there, and I have asked to speak with the vet as the misinformation runs deep and affects the vet's business and professional reputation. Tammy states she took down my info to pass it on. I notified my plan to follow up if I don't hear back before the end of the week. 1.. We were told to bring the medicine in and physically provide the card used for a refund. 2. We brought in the medicine and were told to leave it in Comb's possession. 3. I've been a client here for the last couple of years and have always had a great experience! They are always very patient with my dog who hates going to the vet, and work with him even though we have to muzzle him. We recently got a new puppy and the staff was great and understanding even when he peed on one of the technicians, twice! Curbside appointments are organized and well managed, we don't mind the extra wait because we know we will be receiving great, quality care and our pets are being well taken care of and loved! If you love your pet, don't take them here. I have been going here for a few years now with my elderly dog but have finally hit my limit. They are fine for routine visits (shots, checkups, boarding) but if you have any serious issues, they will surely misdiagnose, mistreat, and overcharge. I have seen them mistreat my dog during my visit and, most recently, treated him for something he very clearly didn't have and charge me a premium for it. The vet techs are rude and dismissive when you ask them questions and more often than not will give you conflicting information. I'm not a veterinarian, but I am a doctor and have taught courses in human physiology and when I have voiced concerns about proceeders or have had questions about a specific medication or protocol they immediately get defensive and start throwing jargon at me in an attempt to deflect and defend themselves (not the mention the condescending tone that is ever-present in their voice). Confused about contradicting information you received? Don't bother addressing it with them because they will defend their own staff and claim nothing was wrong and will blame you for not understanding correctly. The only reason I went back (and the reason for writing this review) was because of an emergency and after a full day of keeping my dog there they prescribed a host of medications that were not related to the initial reason for bringing him in. When I called back the next day to inquire about the prescriptions, I was met with hostility, deflection, accusations and condescension. Now he's on a waitlist for a different vet and will hopefully be seen by a competent doctor and tech. (Also, if you're animal is diagnosed with cancer and they claim he needs multiple surgeries to treat it, seek a second opinion. His cancer has successfully been managed by simple medications but not after I had to do my own research on the topic and seek out external help.) He has had many misdiagnoses and subjected to unnecessary proceeders and pain because of these inconsiderate and incompetent doctors (I cannot stress enough that they were causing him pain unnecessarily right in front of me to the point where I had to ask them to stop). This is the worst vet you could ever take your animal to. Run, do not walk, away from this establishment. 0/10 would not recommend. read more

I would not trust anyone else to care for my pets. Having lived in several places, and taking my pets to other clinics, Combs is by far my favorite! My pets have been seen by all the doctors there for various illnesses, and I couldn't be happier with their care and compassion for the animals. Our 1 yr, 9 mos old cat had come to us as a stray crying from the woods 8/2019. We took him to nearby Combs Vetrinary Clinic for Initial Exam and Vaccinations to limit his stress from a longer trip. He was regarded as healthy and noted to be 3 mos of age at the time. The series of visits required were much more expensive than previous care with other cats in past years and stretched our budget - but we considered the saving of stress to the animal to be worthwhile. We named him Joe and gave him a secure indoor home; he always ran away from the house door when it opened - obviously did not want to venture back out there - but loved to window stalk our feeders. He was extremely active and seemed perfectly healthy. By the time his next check-up was due 8/2020, we were in a COVID-19 crisis - so we decided to wait for his next check-up and neuter a little while to reduce risk to him. I had never had a young cat become sick - more or less suddenly decease. However, Joe was lethargic late last night - which was highly unlike him... I understood it was past Comb's hours and so called Bloomington Vetrinary Hospital - which referred us to Indy - which had a 6-8 Hr wait. We figured it would be better for Joe to take him for an emergency visit nearby rather than put him through that. By 5 A.M. Joe had taken a turn for the worse. So I called Combs to leave a message - also called the Indy Clinic listed as their emergency number- took Joe to Combs to arrive by opening - and called them to report our cat, a patient of record - 8/2019 - was in need of emergency care - was gasping to breathe! They insisted that since "his last appointment was 8/2019" - was 4 mos past due - we would have to take him to Indy! I tearfully explained I did not think Joe would survive the trip to Indy - which had been my qualm the night before as well - that a trip to Indy and several Hr wait - would be too much stress atop whatever shock he was suffering. However, their refusal of care was adamant - would not even offer oxygen to him! So we tried to make it Blmgtn Vetrinary Hospital. He died in my arms on the way. At least Blmgtn Vetrianry Hosptial - where Joe had never been seen - confirmed his death for us. Now we do not know what caused the sudden death of our cat whom we made every effort to safeguard ...and we think, with his overall level of activity until some sudden occurrence, emergency care likely could have been successful. We are distressed and heart broken over this callousness toward both the life of our cat and the well-being of our family. And, yes, we paid our fees immediately when care was rendered! I would previously have rated this clinic a 5. That's when nothing was actually wrong with my dog. But when I really needed someone to run diagnostics and find out what's going on, this is not the clinic or the doctors I would choose. I brought my dog in last Friday with concern of her swallowing a portion of disposable diaper. My concerns were dismissed and she was given pain meds and an anti-inflammatory. Dr Nickel literally said, "nah. There can't be that much stuff in a diaper." You're right. Just plastic. Fibers. Cotton. And enough chemicals to turn liquids into gel-like semi solids. She did X-rays, diagnosed it as likely gas and did no bloodwork or urinalysis, despite my asking for and suggesting both. Fast forward to Monday. She is now significantly worse and they can't see her until Tuesday. Fine. I take her in Tuesday. More X-rays, but still not bloodwork, urinalysis or ultrasound, despite again asking for all of them and asking her to spare no expense as I was fathered concerned she was getting worse by the day not better and was really concerned that even a small amount of diaper could cause a blockage. This time Dr Pruett said "I don't know. I have no idea what's in a diaper." Their thought was, if she's not vomiting, there's no blockage. I contend it's obviously not a natural substance and lower GI blockages often come with no vomiting in humans and I'm again told I'm over-reacting as my wife and I come from medical backgrounds and jump to worst case scenario, it's just a motility issue. She needs some reglan and to come off ALL her pain meds. I take her home and give her the meds and she has a negative reaction. I call and wait 45 minutes for someone to call me back. Again dismissed. Two hours later she is now going into shock and we are taking her to the ER vet. He says she is in severe pain and has to be stabilized and give fluids and pain meds. He does bloodwork, urinalysis and ultrasound. She's dehydrated, has elevated liver enzymes and nothing from her stomach or intestines appear to be clearing. He agrees it is likely the diaper, as they break down and adhere to the lining of the stomach causing inflammation and swell to block her intestines. She needs an upper/lower GI and if it doesn't clear will need surgery. Not only did I waste nearly $500 at their clinic, I kept my dog in a state that would have killed her had I followed their protocol. There is no excuse for this. Bottom line: I kept my dog in pain for five days while she was trying to pass parts of a disposable diaper that was adhering to the lining of her stomach...that they insisted was not the case and continued to attempt to pacify me as an overprotective owner that jumped to worst case scenario. I urge you to seek care from Dr Dale Miller at Arlington. He is the only reason my dog is alive today. read more

I just want everyone to know a story about how combs has taken care of my best buddy pup in the whole wild world. They have been my vet for my pup Bailey he is a puggle btw since he was a puppy. He is now 8 years old. I always took him for his annual check ups, has always been on heart worm meds all his vaccines and flea and tic meds all year just to keep him safe. Well about a a couple of months ago he was getting worse on his coughing spells. He used to get coughing spells when he got to excited and kinda hacked and would choke. It got really bad and then he started getting real congested. So I took him in there and explained to the vet what was going on. They checked him over. Said everything thing sounds and looks good and gave me a week's worth of antibiotics. At that appointment I told the vet to please check his heart and I asked that specifically cause I'm a nurse and I know with his symptoms what may be wrong. She listened to it and again was told his heart is fine. This went on for maybe 3 weeks straight. I would take him in and they would do it again. So the last time when he still wasn't getting better. I called i took him in same thing. So 2 days later I took him to another vet here in Bloomington. The first exam she found the problem. He has congested heart failure and there is nothing that can be done now it has progressed to far had it been treated a few years earlier maybe I wouldn't be writing this. He is not responding to meds for chf. He will have to be put down that's my choice. I can't see him suffer any more. He will have already been put down by the time anyone reads this. I have cried about this decision most of the day. I have to lay to rest my best friend. Just thought people needed to hear my story one of the worst stories of my life. People who love animals specially a dog who is with you and sleeps with you everyday and who is always happy to see you and has been there for me through any bad day I have had will understand me. Excellent vet! Everyone there loves animals, and they always treat my two (somewhat difficult) dogs with care. Once I had to rush one of my dogs there after he ate a mushroom in the yard and became very ill. They fit us in immediately, and while they were treating him, someone cleaned out the carrier he had vomited in and put a fresh towel in it for him. They've also been great about answering my questions, giving me good advice, and keeping prices reasonable. I've been taking my pets there for 9 years and am VERY happy with them. My dogs may not love trips to the vet, but they are always well taken care of at Combs, and they always leave happy and healthy. read more

If your pet needs anything more complicated than a vaccination, go somewhere else. I wasn't going to write this review, because every time I thought about my precious dog and how she suffered because of their misdiagnosis compounded by their arrogance and condescension, I would start to cry, but a friend persuaded me to pull up my big girl panties and write the review, in the hopes of saving someone else having to go through the same nightmare with Combs Veterinary Clinic as my dog and I did. I took my 11 year old pibble to them because she was limping, very noticeably, and they insisted it was arthritis. I brought her back repeatedly, because she was crying all night, and was told that she had "trained you to respond" to her cries, and that this was the "new normal" for her as a senior dog. They sent me home with an anti-inflammatory. Then a lump developed on her rib. So I took her back for that. They said it was a lipoma. I took her in on a weekly basis for over a month (for a full priced office visit each and every time) as she failed to improve, and the lump grew, and they doubled-down on the arthritis/lipoma diagnosis. Finally, on the advice of a friend, I called a different veterinary clinic; they couldn't get me in because Dr. was going on vacation, but the tech was kind enough to hear me out, and said she thought perhaps the dog should be on gabapentin for pain until their doctor could see her. So back I went again to Combs, for a full price office visit, I might add, and was finally, grudgingly, given the meds. When the gabapentin failed to alleviate her pain throughout the night, I took her back to them AGAIN (this was the beginning of August and nobody could get me in for WEEKS), and insisted that they x-ray the shoulder. Only then did they see the mass in her lung. Well they could not get me out of there fast enough, and referred me to an emergency vet in Beech Grove. The ER doc said she was non-emergent, and referred me back to Combs for pain management until I could get in to see their specialist (3 weeks, again). Meanwhile, my sister, who is a nurse, gave me her dog's leftover tramadol (from an ear infection or something equally minimal) and the dog and I got the first uninterrupted night's sleep we had had in 6 weeks, so back I went to Combs to beg for a prescription for tramadol. It was a hard sell, but finally, and again, grudgingly, after smugly lecturing me that gabapentin was superior to tramadol for nerve pain (then why did I have to ASK for the gabapentin in the first place?) I was given the tramadol. I went home to wait for the specialist appointment, and watched my poor sweet baby suffer day after day. About 10 days in, I decided it was time to go back to the ER, but this time I went to the VCA in Fishers. The vet there admitted her and had her on introvenous FENTANYL within 15 minutes for her almost indescribable, unbearable pain. Two hours later, I FINALLY had a definitive diagnosis. It was cancer. We put her to sleep that evening...she had suffered enough. I am not saying that Combs Veterinary Clinic is responsible for my dog's cancer. I am saying that they misdiagnosed this dog, and in their arrogance and condescension, caused this sweet trusting creature WEEKS and WEEKS of needless suffering. Do yourself, and any pet that you love, a favor, and steer clear of Drs Miller and Pruett, and Combs Veterinary Clinic. There...I did it. No tears. read more

The Doctor was ok. The office help and techs were nothing to write home about. The tech giving the subq fluids was lacking in many areas. She didn't get the air out of the tube and had blood running all over the place. I felt so bad for the poor cat. To bad he was so kind to her. The office help was no better. It is clear that the well being of the animal is not at the top of the list. If your a penny short of the total bill and your pet is going to die without the meds, say good bye or start begging someone for the penny. I should have known when I saw another patient going out the door saying she wouldn't be back I was in the wrong place. They are not very open to what you have to say. I take it that they don't want to hear the truth. Please if your looking for a loving vet's office DON'T look here! You have much better options read more

I came in for an 8 week follow up on a knee surgery on my dog. The vet took the prescribe follow up X-ray and everything checked out fine. My displeasure with this vet appt is that since my dog is limping on the other knee we were concerned. The vet replied 'since I took a X-ray on both knees during her surgery to you remember if I told you she had a partial tear in her other knee?' She would not look in her notes. Also, while I made this appt I wanted my dog's annual shots and on the phone I spoke with 3 people and they said they would but the request In for this appt. However, the vet said well since your were referred to us for surgery from another vet we had to go to the other vet. The surgery went well but the lack of respect for my time and my dogs needs was disgraceful. I will never go here again and will relate my experience to anyone who asks for my opinion on this clinic! We have been using Combs vet for many years for care of our dogs and have spent thousands of dollars on leg surgeries for two labs. Yesterday 4/10/17 my husband took our elderly lab in to have him put to sleep. A decision that was obviously hard for us and heart breaking to explain to our 6 year old son. When my husband came home from the vet and burying our dog on our property he was furious about the way he had been treated by the vet. Unfortunately, he did not get her name, just that she had red hair. The vet argued with him about other options and made him feel horrible about the decision we had made. The vet made these assumptions without asking other health related questions or getting an understanding that our large elderly dog struggles to "drag" his entire behind across the ground to get around, which has been going on for several months. Without knowing these painful details she ridiculed him and was disrespectful towards my husband just before putting our family dog down. A task that is already painstakingly hard and then to have the vet treating you in such a manner! Also, she asked what we were going to do with him once he was gone, which my husband replied "bury him on our property" which she replied "really" as if questioning him! We will never use Combs again for care of our animals and will be spreading the word to others. Go elsewhere, where you will be treated with respect! read more

I have been going to Combs since Dr. Combs was there. Dr. Pruitt has been there for me (even when I'm panicking) and my babies for over 10 years. She came in to help when my Bellarose was attacked by another dog. She helped with one of my pups anxiety and another's seizures. They ALL were so kind when my puppy boy needed specialized care and sent me to Indy. They worked in conjunction with Indy Vet to give him the best possible care. The amazing vet tech Debbie gave a bright smile back to my 11 year old girl. I only wish she could do my teeth. After all the years spent with this practice I trust them and like that they are patient with an overprotective doggie mama. read more
