They were quick with all the answers I needed to hear in respect to the replacement of some flooring, as well as a very respectable price quote which included removal and install. One thing that I loved was that they did not seem to nickel and dime you on every little aspect of the job. It was a all included price quote. The showroom is open M - F (9 AM - 6 PM), & Saturday (9 AM - 5 PM). My mum used Ronnie's in the early 90's for new carpeting, & later again around 2005 for laminate flooring. Both times, Ronnie's came in w/ the lowest bid, & provided excellent, professional service. I selected Ronnie's & another top-rated area company to provide an in-home measuring & estimate. Ronnie's bid was $1,100 lower for the EXACT same flooring & work, & the sales rep arrived much more prepared. I also received my quote immediately, which wasn't the case w/ the competitor. Over the 3 days that my new flooring was installed, the two men installing it worked hard & fast. They took my questions & left my home clean each evening. When a foundation problem was detected, I was contacted immediately & the correction process was explained. The head installer has been laying floors for approximately 27 yrs; he is the nephew of the man who laid both my mum's flooring:) Like his uncle, his finished product was impeccable. Thank you Pete, Johnny, & anyone else involved in my new floors. They are exactly as promised! I absolutely love them & can't imagine using another installer.

It was several days before they could come so the evening before they were to show up they called me as a reminder. Since I was just moving to the area it REALLY helped me keep the schedule straight. Even though it was a small thing for them yet it was SO helpful for me. They sent me Carlos who was very friendly and answered all my questions as he worked. Carlos worked straight until the job was done which was over four hours without taking a break. Very honest worker as well. My carpet had a bad mend in one spot so when it was streched it ripped. I wasn't in the room at the time and Carlos could have ignored it since it was almost impossible to see anyway. However, he immediately told me what happened and what he was doing to fix it. Because of people like Carlos, I will always have no reservations on using/recommending this company again.
