I needed a last minute inspection when my previous inspector had a meltdown over the fact that my realtor requested his ID in order to give him access to the Supra lockbox. Anyway, I found David's company, called him up and he was able to come the next day. The inspection went well - David was able to go through the condo unit and do the normal inspection. What he also did was fix little things that might have cost me even more upon move in (the garbage disposal was new and the person who installed it left in a plastic part that rattled the entire disposal - David fixed this, along with a faulty light wire). I highly recommend David and would absolutely use his expertise and services again. He was friendly, efficient, and helpful. As I didn't go on the roof, his 20 or so roof photos were quite helpful in showing me the condition.
