I remember he closing a door in my face to "privately" talk with my realtor without me hearing when he was doing the inspection, which was when I started to double think my choice of inspection company and inspector. Not to mention Mold, apparently he tested my house for mold and it took less than 2 days to get a report that nobody could understand with a comment from him: "Everything is fine, no mold in that house". Overall I paid over $1000 for the worst inspection ever, on a house almost 2000 sq ft he took less than 2 hours to do everything, I think the overall result was subpar and it is a shame I can't get my money back or something, do not choose Jared Hyers, he will scam you! UPDATE: We are only three weeks into the new house and today we had our AC biweekly maintenance and in the picture below you can see all the bacteria there is in my HVAC. Remember, we paid over $1000 including Mold Inspection and this Jared Hyers wasn't able to find all this bacteria that would require only to take off 4 screws in the HVAC! Unbelievable!!!
