I had a lot of follow up questions from my appointment and I was able to send messages through the patient portal. Dr. Vanek answered my questions in a timely manner, and even messaged me with some lab results at 10pm the same evening as my appointment because she knew I was anxious about them. Lai has even called me to tell me my lab results before I was even able to call because she knew that I had been expecting results back that day. They have bent over backwards for me on several occasions to ensure I had the support and necessary medical treatment. Dr. Vanek's bedside manner is one of the best I have ever encountered. Her dedication to patient care and flexibility to meet patients' specific needs makes her one of the best doctors in Columbus.

It's not the easiest thing in the world to take the time to make an appointment in the middle of the day, drive, park, go through security, etc... then I arrive at the office and was told "no we don't accept marketplace plans." When asked which insurances they accept, they couldn't provide a list? They also said they couldn't perform insurance verification on site? Like standard things that any dr office should be able to do? It's absolutely outrageous to me that I can walk into a dr office five years ago and get an IUD inserted and then five years later be unable to have that same dr office take it out simply because now I'm on marketplace insurance. Seems classist to be quite honest, and shocking considering they are a part of OhioHealth's system??

Nobody likes to talk menopause or mammograms, but if you are reading this, you probably are a woman... and ithose things are just part of life for us... some of us (like me) it begins a bit early. Dr DiBartola has helped me not feel like Im going out of my mind as my body ages and has been nothing but professional and so kind. I highly recommend her. The mammogram here is in their office and its the most current type of machine. Currently 3-D. You schedule 20 min before your annual. I have historically been in and out in about 45 min for both appts

She continues to have an ongoing issue and side effects. No one is taking her seriously. How can you be in this profession, if you do not care for your patients? The whole process from start to finish was very pleasant. The doctors had excellent bedside manner. She was very easy to talk to. She was professional and I didn't feel uneasy at any moment. She listened to my concerns and was empathetic and understanding. The parking is really spacious. There was plenty of parking. Great experience.

Their billing is horrible. They cannot seem to send me my bills (even though they claimed to of mailed them), and then refused to see me when my bill was overdue (which I had no clue about due to never receiving any bill in the last 6 months); even after contacting billing no one can explain or assist because they claim everything is correct in the system. Then let's talk front desk...why are most doctor offices rude when it comes to the front desk? They offer no guidance when asking questions (even though their options in the phone go to them regarding questions) and claim the patient is always rude even though they are the ones with an attitude coming at you like you are nothing.

Went to the urgent care to see if this is a pinched nerve/slipped disce Of course before coming I was literally screaming in pain, so loud that the dogs became concerned and flanked me. Once at the urgent care all my muscels loosened up. I can see how they may not have understood my pain was past a ten five minutes before I checked in. Parking was easy. Big lot. Not a lot of people here Saturday evening. I got checked in. Waited maybe three minutes. Was taken to an exam room. Jerico took my vitals. Was pleasant but could noticeably tell he hated chit chat. Lol He excused himself and the wait for a provider began. While waiting I noticed this room smells weird. Gross weird. I dont even want to think about what it is but it smells like the trash needs emptied and the trash smells for lack of a more descriptive word. yucky. I think that conveys it. Kind of smells like a mixture of puke and disinfectant. Ew. See. Yuck. Doctor Haynes come is. Was relieved it wasn't another NP. Especially due to it being an upper back/neck injury. Thats mg big beef with this place the NPs. I explain some of my medical history. Explain the injury. She does an exam concluding its soft tissue causing the pain. And doesn't need an x-ray. I agree it doesn't need xrayed, but was wondering why she didnt lean to mri. Never did she mention it. Still holding fast to its an pulled muscle. I am 100000000000% sure it is more than that. So I ask for a referral to the spine clinic. She gives it to me I was sent home with lidocaine and muscle relaxer. I agree, those I needed. The entire visit took less than 30 from the time I sat down in the waiting room. The only thing I was surprised by there was no follow up call. Of course, it took a minute to locate me. But once they did, I was properly setup in just a few minutes. This was for an eye exam and optic nerve photos. I was told the visit would be 1-4 hours so I expected it to take a while. My physician was on-call which left her dealing with emergency patients while conducting her scheduled patients. At one point I played a game of "What are the differences between Exam Room A and Exam Room B" during my longest wait which was 30 minutes. It's an industry issue - same types of waits at my former eye physician office as well. Even with the wait, the appointment ended up being 3 hours and 20 minutes. All the staff were pleasant. I felt like an individual who was being heard. The decor was generally scarlet and (mostly) grey with some black thrown in. There is a little "cafe" on the first floor but it looks like it's really just a place to pick up a snack or drink while they are open.
