It's not the easiest thing in the world to take the time to make an appointment in the middle of the day, drive, park, go through security, etc... then I arrive at the office and was told "no we don't accept marketplace plans." When asked which insurances they accept, they couldn't provide a list? They also said they couldn't perform insurance verification on site? Like standard things that any dr office should be able to do? It's absolutely outrageous to me that I can walk into a dr office five years ago and get an IUD inserted and then five years later be unable to have that same dr office take it out simply because now I'm on marketplace insurance. Seems classist to be quite honest, and shocking considering they are a part of OhioHealth's system??

I had a lot of follow up questions from my appointment and I was able to send messages through the patient portal. Dr. Vanek answered my questions in a timely manner, and even messaged me with some lab results at 10pm the same evening as my appointment because she knew I was anxious about them. Lai has even called me to tell me my lab results before I was even able to call because she knew that I had been expecting results back that day. They have bent over backwards for me on several occasions to ensure I had the support and necessary medical treatment. Dr. Vanek's bedside manner is one of the best I have ever encountered. Her dedication to patient care and flexibility to meet patients' specific needs makes her one of the best doctors in Columbus.

Nobody likes to talk menopause or mammograms, but if you are reading this, you probably are a woman... and ithose things are just part of life for us... some of us (like me) it begins a bit early. Dr DiBartola has helped me not feel like Im going out of my mind as my body ages and has been nothing but professional and so kind. I highly recommend her. The mammogram here is in their office and its the most current type of machine. Currently 3-D. You schedule 20 min before your annual. They deferred the pelvic exam and told me to schedule it at a later time as well which is very annoying in my perticular situation since I don't find it fair to pay ANOTHER $250 because they didn't want to complete it today. If you actually have insurance that isnt worthless at covering preventative care, youll likely be fine and have a good experience.

Doctor Buchenroth was extremely friendly and down-to-Earth. Consent was extremely important to her, and she explained every part of the process before doing it. She also offered to let me have a chaperone or anything else I needed to feel comfortable. It was clear she's heard the women's exam horror stories and wanted to be part of the people who are helping change that. My annual exam went smoothly, and I was in-and-out much faster than other offices I've been to. They really run this place by the clock. I had my annual test results within 2 weeks. Warning: They are strict on times. Make sure to show up on-time. Cancellations and no-shows are charged a fee. I'd guess they've had a lot of issues with blocking off time for people who never show up.

I am having massive long-term complications from my c-sections because she refused to offer physical therapy for me even though I asked her for it she said I didn't need it. That was a lie she was wrong my stomach muscles and my organs are now glued together because I didn't have the physical therapy that I needed and I'm going to eventually have to have major major surgery to have this fixed all because Dr King was lazy and entitled and decided that I didn't need physical therapy even though it meant nothing to her except for her to click a few buttons and send me a referral apparently it meant she was a bad doctor to send me to physical therapy well Dr King what made you the bad doctor was refusing to give me help that I asked for thank you for ruining my life.

I never felt judged or pressured and she made sure I was well informed on everything I needed to know. Amy is open and supportive in a way that mothers-to-be feel empowered and strong about their bodies and their ability to birth naturally and peacefully and in their own "perfect" vision. Her presence set me at ease in our visits together and during my baby's birth because she was totally confident in me which reaffirmed my confidence in myself. She has great resources and recommendations for birthing classes, vitamins & supplements, prenatal yoga and beyond. I always value and trust her input because I know it's something she would use or do herself. Amy has stayed in touch and become a dear family friend after walking with us through the intimate and powerful experience that is pregnancy and birth.
