Very unique place! Lol!…read more I am a NYer through and through. So I'm used to unique places. The 7-11's sell super super basic car things like a basic quart or oil, a basic wheel cover, some air freshners... you know the general basic things... You walk in here, you can get a sandwich, have a shower, peanuts, wash your clothes, soda, reflector vest, hot dogs, car jack, phone cables, 2 aisles of kids toys, chips, cb radio, and a million other things. Oh and there is a Wendy's attached lol! Honestly every time I come here, it's always busy no matter the time of day. It's always clean, and the staff are friendly! They truly have a very unique selection of goods lol! So ig it's 3am and you need a new tow hitch, this is your place!! Good food, good selection, great service!

The new pumps has the touchless NFC reader, to make the transaction quicker and without touching the keypad. Also the printer works perfectly...no longer needed to go inside for your receipts. It would be great if they would return the attendant to the outside booth, in the event you need assistance...because those call buttons never work. Overall, I am pleased with the new pumps and you can pump your own gas!

I pull in to the gas pump and ask the attendant to fill my tank with gas. He immediately claps back…read morethat I have to pick an amount and that he cannot do a fill up with cash. Ok, fine -how about $50 cash. He immediately responds with "I have to get the cash up-front". Wow. Ok, so I hand him a $100 bill and he says "Sorry. Can't do it". Does this business even want to sell gas? At 53 years old and I've never had to select an exact amount of gas when paying with cash. Insisting I have to give the money upfront is also a little odd like we are doing some back alley deal. A gas station not being able to accept $100 bill is just ridiculous as most people are spending a fortune filling their tanks each time. I had to drive away at that point and then the attendant changed his tune asking me to wait and that he could make the sale. Forget it. I don't need this nonsense at 5am. Do better, QuickChek

I had rented a U-Haul trailer from Tom's. When I first arrived, I was greeted and everyone was…read morefriendly enough. The trailer was a dual axle and looks like it had seen a few better days, but that can be expected from U-haul from time to time. Had a blow out of one of the tires and the u-joint snapped off the rear axle. called U-haul roadside and they fixed the issues. I had submitted a complaint saying that the trailer probably should have never been rented out due to deficiencies that we found later and they should have been handled before the trailer was rented. I thought this was the end of it, I had gotten my money back and all was good. A few days later I get a call from Tom's service. I didn't pick up. Asked me to call him back. Didn't want to bother seeing as the issue was handled. It has been almost a month later and I get a call again today from Tom's service. He said he has footage from his surveillance cameras that the trailer was completely fine as well as the tires before we had taken it. If I wanted to, I could drive up and see for myself. Tom then went on to accuse me that we caused the problems with the trailer and basically it was our fault for mistreating the trailer. Which is not the case. I became irate that I am having to deal with this owner calling me multiple times to try and accuse me that this was my fault. It is over and done with, why feel the need to call me multiple times to state your case? U-Haul refunded me my money. That should have been the end of it, but apparently him feeling the need to call and say it was my fault was above all else. I can't speak for his abilities as a shop, but I can say this is unacceptable. It was handled. No need to call the customer multiple times due to your inability to properly check the equipment you rent. Especially three weeks later.
