The initial scheduled date was postponed due to a worker being sick (greatly appreciate getting a heads up before I dropped the car off, not after). We promptly rescheduled the car to be dropped off the Tuesday after Labor Day and, without any follow-up, I received a call on Friday morning informing me that my car was ready. I went to pick up my car and it was very high quality work. He even went so far to take a nail out of my tire and plug it. He also recommended that I switch my tires asap as they were beginning to bald (none of the other spots even mentioned it when looking at my vehicle). The technician walked me around my car and told me the approximate time it would take as well as what they'd be doing. It was a relatively small job I appreciate the thoroughness about the job. A couple days later the technician called me alerting me my car was ready. They did a great job and the best part is they washed my car, inside and out!
