He the owner would come in every 2 months to change the filter and it was always around dinner time. There is a lot of police activity on NW 5th Ave and therefore I did not feel safe. The rent is to high for the neighborhood. They charged me 600.00 for labor to paint a few areas. Totally out of line. It was up for rent within a few days because I left it spotless.

When concerns with new roof work they managed were brought to their attention they had a company not certified in the roof type look at it, they said it would hand to be completely redone, then said it was fine. When I terminated agreement early due to these issues, I had to go to mediation with BBB before they would agree to document and partial refund.

I am in the middle of getting my PMI removed from my mortgage and I reached out to my bank to begin that process. They apparently hired Ryan Robbins to do my evaluation. I needed a roughly $10K appreciation over the last 2.5 years for my primary home, as well as the $30K I have paid down to qualify. That represents approximately 1% per year. We are experiencing a booming housing market and it is inconceivable that my value is not 2% higher than it was when I purchased the home. Here is where it gets CRAZY. I purchased my home for $445K 2.5 years ago. My tax assessment is $450K. My appraisal when I purchased the home was $450K. The Redfin estimate today is $550K (given the appreciation) What did they tell the bank my home was worth? $307K! Woah! Where did that come from?? When I asked I am told there are no good comps in the area. Wrong! My neighbor (literally the definition of a comp) sold thier house last month for $415,000 and it is not only smaller but much less desirable as it has no view, among other things. (Picture attached) So rather than just tell the bank the data was inconclusive, my bank now thinks I'm $70,000 under water in my home that I've had for 2.5 years in a booming market, that I put a chunk down on! And to add insult to injury, I paid for this!!! So now I have gone backwards and I have to spend $800 on a different review. I've attached a picture of my home and a home that they had listed as MORE valuable than mine. Mine has the 3 car garage. What??? I gave them a chance to explain and they doubled down. I've bought and sold a lot of real estate and this is just unbelievable to me. Do not trust. 100% dishonest people. Proof is in the pictures.

Over a year later when we were actually ready to sell the home, I again contacted Lance. He listened to what we wanted, priced the house appropriately, and listed it with an on-the-mark description that worked fabulously, receiving offers on the first day, one of which we closed on in what seemed to me to be record time. So I just got done filling out a application for Catlin properties online. I would of went to their…read morebusiness and filled out an application but it states if you do that they will charge $65.00 online it cost $40.00. So it states at the beginning of the application that a person applying must have all needed documentation. It states the needed documentation is proof of income. Id. Social security card or W2. I enclosed all this with my application at the end of application it ask questions and one of the questions was did I have my housing shopping list? I am applying with a section 8 housing vocher which I had enclosed with my application. After I went through this process at the end of the application when I'm going to pay for the $40 for the application fee. I am then asked some questions and one of the questions was did I have my housing shopping list and it says yes or no and explain and I put no because I didn't know what a housing shopping list was and I explained that. I have went through a series of applications orientations and screening with Longview Housing authority. I have never once ever heard the expression are the word housing shopping list. Well after I filled out the application and I sent it this morning I receive a text message from Catlin properties which stated that my application was denied because I didn't give all the documentation and it referred to the shopping list my ng list. So I called Catlin and talk to receptionist and I explained to her what had happened to me instead of being apologetic or explaining to me what this housing shopping list was she said she didn't know but if I called the Housing authority that they could probably tell me. So I am very disappointed in Catlin properties and I am told that I will have to repay for the application if I want to apply for the duplex that I was trying to rent because of my lack of knowledge of what a housing shopping list is yet the receptionist doesn't even know what it is. So if your looking for a company to manage your property don't pick this company unless you want it mismanaged and to lose money because I did notice that out of all the websites I have checked out online Catlin properties rentals go unoccupied for months after being posted that they're available so your places won't get rent out that fast and as you can see from my story why I noticed that Columbia River properties and sharp properties go very quickly within days after being posted but not Catlin properties puts up the same duplex that I've been looking at has been for rent for over a couple months and it keeps popping up like it just came up just a few days ago but I know that's not true because it's been online for months I noticed that Columbia River properties and sharp properties they have a rental that becomes available and within two three four days it is occupied. So if you're looking for an apartment don't apply here and if you're looking for a property management don't bring your property here cuz it'll stay vacant.

I am a current tenant who is pursuing legally against this company due to the company's failure to do basic maintenance, they also left me with a dirt unit at time of move in after having me pay a 900 security deposit and me asking them multiple times prior to move in if the unit was cleaned, they lied and stated it was then I came to move in and it was clear the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned. They allow violence on the property and harassment as well, I as a tenant have had to call police on other tenants, and Rodman just allows their tenant's to behave this way. It is also a non smoking property but they allow tenants to smoke weed, and ciggarettes on the property. This leasing company is disgusting, and they only care about overturning tenants and money rather then fixing up units and maintaining long term tenants. Do not rent, and save your time any energy.

I purchased a home listed by this brokerage, and I strongly encourage prospective buyers to proceed…read morewith extreme caution. My experience was defined by inaccurate disclosures, poor communication, and a complete refusal to take responsibility when serious problems came to light after closing. During the transaction, we were repeatedly told that the property had a holding tank between the house and the sewer system and that it was not a septic system. That representation was also made on the legally required Form 17 seller disclosure. A few months after moving in, the system failed and we learned that the property does, in fact, have a septic system - along with the maintenance obligations and repair costs that come with it. When we contacted the brokerage to notify them of the inaccurate disclosures and give them an opportunity to resolve the issue, they refused to meaningfully address it. We are now being forced to pursue legal action simply to recover costs that resulted from information that should have been disclosed correctly in the first place. Mistakes can happen in real estate transactions. What made this experience especially troubling was the combination of materially inaccurate property information and the complete unwillingness to take responsibility afterward. Buyers rely on disclosures to make informed decisions about what is likely the largest purchase of their lives. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering one of this brokerage's listings to independently verify every material detail before closing. Edit in response to reply from agent: Your response only reinforces my concerns. If Keller Williams truly took professional responsibility, ethical disclosures, and good-faith conduct seriously, the response to a materially inaccurate disclosure about a septic system would have been an effort to resolve the problem - not a generic public relations statement declining to address it. Buyers can and should judge for themselves whether refusing to meaningfully correct a major disclosure failure reflects the "professional service" and "ethical practices" you claim.
