I was behind one of their trucks on…read more7/30/19 merging onto the East Bound I-90 from King Ave West, when the truck loosed some gravel from the dumpster it was carrying and slung a rock into my windshield. It hit with such force it left a big crater then by the end of the day it split up my windshield. I had my wife call this company to let them know. They took the info, and that was it. Several more calls later they started hanging up on her. I called them, and they hung up on me. I finally spoke to a Wayne in Risk Management at their corporate office in Great Falls. He started a claim. Zurich is their insurance company. Long story short, they lied and said that none of their vehicles were in that vicinity on that time and day. Denied the claim, and now I am stuck with a $400 windshield replacement. BEWARE when behind these trucks, the company will lie to get out of doing what is right!

We have lived in our neighborhood for almost a decade and are Montana locals. We have never had a…read moreproblem with our trash pick up system by Evergreen Disposal until about a year ago. The quality of service was good until that time frame. We were abruptly told by Evergreen Disposal that our county road was to unsafe and to narrow for their trucks to turn around in the winter time. This has never been an issue before but now our trash bin pick up service would be unavailiable from September to May every year. If we wanted to still have our bin picked up in the wintertime, we would have to walk it down our county road 2,000 yards, up a hill and leave in a larger turn around area of higher end homes. We have a lot of retired, elderly people on our side of the neighboorhood and this definitely negatively effected a lot of households. The cost of the trash pick up is reasonable, but when you are getting very little service for what you are paying for on our side of the neighboorhood, I do not think it is of good value. My husband and I cancelled our trash pick up and are just hauling our household trash to the local green bins and dump ourselves. It is unfortunate that the trash company picks and chooses which side of a neighborhood they will service. Oh, and by the way, I have plenty of photo evidence of Evergreen Disposal turning around on our side of the neighborhood in wintery conditions after they service the "higher end" of our neighborhood.
