His estimate was very good, and he and two of his three brothers, Viktor and Dimitri came to do the work along with David, who we called "a brother from another mother" as he was just like another family member with them! They joked and enjoyed some music as they worked and each knew exactly what they needed to do. They finished the work a little ahead of time and the completed job was most excellent! We would have them back in a heartbeat as their work was so precise and well done! David did a fantastic job of placing and taping plastic over the bed, over the clothes on the higher rods in the closet, over the sink areas in the bathroom, etc. so that they all stayed dust free. We were so very impressed by the quality of their work that we gave them a tip!

Immediately there was staining the the corners and along the edges of the floor, no matter what I did to maintain it. Being concerned about it deteriorating; I called several tile companies. None would come do an estimate. One wanted me to "send pictures". And none would provide more than an very broad, "don't hold us to it" estimate -- which is no estimate, at all. Jessica first gave it a good deep cleaning. Then she did regrouting, and finally, sealed the tile in the shower. The result? It looks and works like brand new! She was on time, communicated well, was professional and respectful. I'm only sad I didn't take "before" photos; the after is wonderful.

Anton and Reliable Men Construction hits every single one of those and exceeded our expectations. We love how the project turned out. Their bid was very fair and competitive. Their final work was top notch with excellent attention to detail. They finished when they said they would and were very tidy in our home. Anton is an outstanding manager and communicator, gifted at matching the right worker for the right job. Neat Nix cleaned our carpets at the beginning of the month. After a small kerfuffle with a canceled appointment due to a tech's vehicle breaking down, the owner of Neat Nix himself came to make sure the job was done the next business day. The whole crew went above and beyond what my wife or I expected as a level of service. We were so pleased with the quality of the work that they had done that we took them up on their offer to clean our air-ducts and furnace system, during a later-scheduled appointment Unfortunately because our furnace Isn't a standard size, the filters that the crew had on hand, the day of the appointment, didn't fit, so the owner purchased a range of sizes, to try to get the best fit for us. The best of the three didn't really fit very well (but MUCH better than the one the previous company had jammed inside our furnace, like a taco...) So the owner of Neat Nix came by the house unannounced, the next day, with a package of the correct filters for our furnace; we could not have been more surprised and delighted with the level of service, commitment to quality and level of professionalism Neat Nix gave to our family. We have become loyal customers who will continue to use the wide array of services Neat Nix can offer your home! Highly recommended!

Our project was large, including new LVP in the entire house except for one bedroom. It entailed removing existing laminate, carpet, and sheet vinyl (which means particle board base). Sam and his crew also removed all baseboard in the entire house and replaced with new. From the very beginning Sam was very helpful in offering suggestions and providing resources to select the flooring and base board that was perfect for our home. Throughout the process he was responsive and prompt and could always be counted on to follow through with his commitments. When it came time to demo and install, we had some special circumstances as my husband is disabled, and as the work progressed - we had to make sure that there was always a clear path for him to maneuver and a comfortable and undisturbed space him to be. Sam made it a priority to create a plan that served our needs - at times at the cost of what was most timely or easiest for him. He did this with a kind heart and a very respectful attitude. It meant the world to us. At the end of this story - our project was completed beautifully and flawlessly. We could not be happier with the upgrade to our home. Sam is truly a master of his craft and I have seldom seen a young man who takes such pride in his work. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. Sam showed up ON TIME even after stopping by Lowes to pick up some materials I purchased online. Once he got here, he immediately started working and when finished he thoroughly cleaned up. He takes pride in his workmanship and it shows. His work and work ethic are first rate. He is now our go-to guy for future jobs.
