Prior to leasing, Do your due diligence about this company, they even have class action lawsuit about their opaque business, billing and difficult cancellation practices; they and the corporate REGUS organization need to be reported to the Fair Trade Commission!!!!!!

Im having an extremely negative experience with this company. After calling to sign up, I received…read moretwo separate contracts by email. Without realizing they were for different agreements, I signed both. I was then billed for both contracts. When I contacted the office to explain the mistake, I was told that because I had signed two contracts, I was legally responsible for paying both bills. I spoke with Liz in the office multiple times, but she showed no willingness to resolve the matter. I later spoke with Adrian, who assured me he would try to resolve the issue and asked me not to communicate with the office until he got back to me. I followed his instructions, but now Liz has emailed me saying I'm being sent to collections. I find these business practices deeply concerning and potentially unethical. Telling someone you will work to resolve an issue, instructing them not to follow up, and then sending them to collections is unacceptable. If anyone else has experienced unethical or potentially illegal dealings with Regus, please contact me directly. I am interested in learning if others have had similar experiences. Regus has several complaints that have triggered legal action such as cancellation traps ,unfair business practices , misrepresentation , fraudulent inducement amongst several others

The founder of this spot if on par with the hospitality of the Spaniards and definitely any California co-working space I've ever visited. Their amenities are also top notch and there are many large desk spaces with ergonomic office chairs (a must have in any co-working space). Additionally, they have nootropic infused beverages (wize monkey & onnit alpha brain packets) to help you work more efficiently. There is an espresso machine that I used and it is clean and in working order. Parking is free and easy to find as well. I'd recommend this spot to anyone in the market for a place to work if you're in the Riverside area. It's open 24/7 so I was able to work here when it fit my schedule. Left another message and no returned call. 4 months later with no call back, I stopped by on a Thursday afternoon around 2pm no one was in the office. So I waited for 45 mins and no one ever came. A tenant told me that the people in the office are slackers and somewhat ghost.
