I have used them before and tried others - they are clearly the best in my opinion - quality work, great prices and friendly staff. That's why they are my first choice when I need help to fix something that requires a professional. I like to try the simple things myself being a big DIY person but sometimes it's better to call a professional. I had a broken shower cartridge- they can be a bear to replace if they fail and they are not broken. The tech arrived on time and with much effort had me repaired in no time. Their fees are responsible and very competitive most times even better than the competition. I had them fix the shower and a shit off valve - the tech was friendly and helpful explaining what had to be done. If you need plumber - small jobs or large like water heaters - check these guys out - you will be glad you did. Highly recommended

Second one told me I needed to replace my fiberglass shower and provided a written estimate of $6,885.50! Shawn Carter from Casco came out the next day! Wearing shoe coverings, which I REALLY appreciate, he took the drain apart through the access panel in the ceiling below, cleaned all the existing components, added plumber's putty, and screwed it all back together. Fixed the ac long enough to get paid and get out of there. Within 2 hrs our ac was off again. He wanted me to make another appointment and charge me again for doing nothing no doubt. We struggled for a week pumping the pan out til a friend of mine that does HVAC came over and simply put a cap on the pvc pipe and everything worked fine since. The other HVAC guy said that this guy had to have removed the cap because the AC would not have worked for all the years we were here if that cap was not on. The pan would have kept filling with water. And once it fills so much it auto cuts off. Watch this one!! He will try to overcharge for sure!! Here is one for the books. We just got a call from the building inspector because someone reported a violation. Not going to say who it was but you get the picture. This guy is something else. Our review was 100% warranted. And look what happens when you tell the truth about his service! If you use him then you get what you get!!! The reason he comes out the same day is he has almost no business. With how we were treated and someone reporting us for a violation as retaliation to my honest opinion just shows you the type of person this guy is. I have lived in Stephens City since 1972 and will do everything in my power to warn others about this person. I am pretty sure he is a one man company so you are going to get him if you call. I cant warn others enough about this guy!!!!

We called around and no one close by would come that day or would charge an outrageous emergency service fee. Then we had the good fortune of finding Gemini Services - Mark arrived about an hour after we called and had the problem fixed within a half hour. He charged us his regular fee for only 1 hour (minimum) even though he had to travel over half an hour to get to our home. This week, the upper level heater had stopped working sometime in the morning. I called Mark and he arrived in the afternoon and carefully diagnosed the problem in the igniter. He cleaned the wires and repaired it in no time. Again, he only charged me for 1 hour. I should mention that his hourly rate is VERY reasonable. Sadly, Mark does not do installs, only repair services. I am so happy to have found an honest HVAC repair man.

She went over that it's $90 instead of $60 plus labor. Once the guy got here it turned out since it was a no water call it would be a minimum of $350. I didn't have any plans for them to do work on the actual well, I didn't need the "no water truck" and did not ask for it. So that was absolutely ridiculous. He checked the pressure switch and left and I paid $397, he wasn't even here 10 minutes. I called and asked for a partial refund and as usual it took me calling and following up to get no where. Elizabeth was supposed to call me back on Tuesday with an update and I heard nothing. I am not chasing them down as that seems to always be the case. They say they will get back in touch and 4 days later you have to follow up AGAIN. Hard to believe a company as old as they are can't get it together. I finally got a well drilling company out here on Monday, they were here for 6 hours and their total labor charge was only $600 vs $400 for 10 minutes of nothing. Really a poor way to treat your long time customers. What a rip off.
