Where other mechanics could've made up a big issue to get more money out of us, he was honest and has given us a great value. Everyone we send to him has had great experiences as well. He responds to texts and that's usually the better way to get a hold of him. If you can get over this business being by warehouses and full of cars everywhere, it's definitely worth it!

A 2013 Chevy Equinix wasn't sounding right & something was underneath. We towed it to Jose's shop. Even though he was busy he took care of the car. The problem was a belt & found a leak also. He repaired the car quickly and the price was fair. This is a skilled & honest mechanic that is thorough yet thoughtful and gives five star service at a reasonable and fair price. The only Mechanic I recommend you use if you can tow your car to his shop. Will keep coming back for maintenance, problems, oil changes and anything car repair or car/suv related

On our latest visit, we were given a list of repairs, all of which seemed reasonable. At the time, our schedule was busy, so we just had one repair done, related to our car hesitating. Then - a few weeks later - our car was still hesitating now and then (and more dramatically) as we drove it. It wasn't quite enough for our car to stall, but it made us very uneasy. We took the car to another mechanic, explaining the hesitation issue. We gave that shop a copy of our recent receipts from 535, so these other mechanics would know what had already been done. They tried one fix after another, but nothing fully resolved the issue. Several days later, they still hadn't found what was wrong with the car... until they revisited the repair that 535 had done. Laughing as they explained the folly of not giving that repair a second glance until they'd eliminated everything else... they said it was a relatively simple fix, directly related to the 535 repair. Our car is running fine now, thanks to their work. It may have been an unusual misstep on 535's part, but the last time we saw Bill - a few days after the repair at his shop - something felt different. He wasn't the same, friendly Bill. Whatever it was, I hope Bill and his team get it straightened out. However, we're not likely to return to 535 Auto Care.

We live in Orlando, but after being nickel and dimed by Greenway Ford for years, we decided to give Carlos a shot. He did a thorough diagnostic assessment, and went over results in depth with my husband and I, and fixed the issues within a day (pretty major ones). As a military retiree, I am familiar with do-it-yourself auto shops, and how they operate. This DIY…read moreshop is no different from those in the military, as it provides its customers with the tools necessary to perform every repair you can think of, and staff at one's disposal to answer any repair related question that may arise. For instance, I was replacing the brake pads on my corvette, and the owner provided me with a few pointers on how to do the job more efficient. Also, as I was making my repairs, the owner was working on additional repairs to my corvette, that was above my skill set (i.e., Flush the brake lines, and flush the radiator to meet manufacture standards). As mentioned above, this particular shop functions as a Do it yourself shop, as well as regular auto shop, whereby one can drop off one auto for regular repairs and maintenance. In a world of shady businesses, this one is truly a gem in the rough, as he's HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. In conclusion, I usually do not trust many people with my Corvette ZHZ, as I have had many bad experiences with mechanics in the past, but I trust Mr. Verdejo to work on my corvette without hesitation, as he has earned my trust and respect.
