They knew I lived on the lake and they knew I did not have central air conditioning. They never let the hardwood acclimate and started installing it the day after delivering it. They didn't even nail the flooring per manufacturer spec. The flooring cupped and is still cupped. Even after installing central air, it's embarrassing to look at. Both Heckman's and the inspector blamed my contractor for not keeping the site conditions moderated during the renovation. They have insurance and they weren't big enough to own up to their mistake. Now I live with a $10k bumpy floor. Atrocious.

I was anxious to get the house on the market and needed things done quickly. Dianne took the time to help me find a carpet that we could afford and was able to have the old carpet removed and the floors totally cleaned up immediately so that the painters could come in right away. When the painters were finished, the carpet was promptly installed and vacuumed so that it looked great. I cannot say enough good things about how I was treated and made to feel that my job was the most important that they had on their agenda. I highly recommend this company.

They didn't notify me ahead of time or apologize just said that the distributor made an error, forgot to include it on the truck but promised that it would be there on Friday. They do NOT deliver so you have to pick everything up. Went there on Friday but they still didn't have everything...had to make another trip back to get the rest of my order. No apologies, no discount for the trouble. It's a 35 minute drive there every time it's not like I live around the corner. My advise, get your tile from Lowes or Home Depot. They are less expensive, the quality is the same and they care about their customers!

They are extremely professional in the entire process. They came and measured and gave us a date for installation and showed up on time! Milford did a two story hardwood installation 20 years ago under a different owner and did a fantastic job. They still have the same great installers working for them. We are having them do a total house hardwood installation in August because the house needs it and we love their work. The prices are competitive with the big box stores and there's no confusion as one or two men do the ENTIRE JOB!! This company is professional in every aspect of the job they are hired for.

The installation resulted in gaps under the tiles, misaligned tiles, grout lines that are a different width than the adjacent porcelain tiles, tiles that are chipped from leveling clips, and a transition that is a trip hazard. Seacoast Flooring has not been responding to any communications. Complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office.
