The booking process online/email/phone were all super smooth. The business is prompt to respond, and both people I talked to were very nice. Belle and Cinderella were both on time, beautiful, wearing lovely costumes, and great with the kids! I thought that I would need help serving everything and never got around to finding someone (or recruiting friends!). Little did I know that the princesses help with that! They poured "tea" (lemonade) and served cupcakes for all the girls, told stories, put on makeup, and sang (both outstanding singing voices). The princesses really made this a special birthday party for my twins.

We wanted Ariel for the party, face painting and entertainment. For the price we paid, we got everything we asked for. At the party, Ariel came and was on time and my daughter was really surprised. It was really great and we loved her! We recommend hiring fairytale princess parties to all of our friends.

I couldn't have asked for better service. BUT again, without being asked, she sent me a greeting card with the photo of my daughter holding the bouquet!
