I gave him some pictures that i liked for some inspiration and then i came back the next week for the tattoo. He came up with his own design which we talked about and made some minor adjustments. After he put the template on my arm, he went to work. Jeff is very hygienic, artistic and i could not ask for more. I have one tattoo that is now a year old which looks great.
