Let me list the ways that Jerrod is EXCEPTIONAL: - I have a LONG list of criteria for the property I want. Jerrod has several tactics to find what Im looking for. His intelligence, resourcefulness and creativity materially expanded the potential homes he brought me to land at a really special property that I loved. - He treats my money like its his own even though it means more work for him. For example, I was willing to put a little more into the offer but he advises me "I wouldn't pay more than X". Another example, given the circumstances, I was also skeptical we'd get anything on the inspection objection so I wondered if it was worth the effort and he said we should put one in bc you never know, and we ended up getting a couple grand. He saved me at least a few thousand over the course of the entire process. - He property manages himself so he has a great network of contractors and he has a good idea of what things cost. Very helpful in figuring out how to negotiate after an inspection is done. Both during the after the purchase, Jerrod got several handyman in to quote and fix things. - Jerrod goes above and beyond: I thought the 3rd party inspector could have done a better job inspecting the foundation. I expressed my concern and Jerrod offered to jump into the crawl space himself. He found hairline fractures in the foundation and traced them above ground to figure out the source and recommended a mitigation tactic which he then implemented by himself. UM.. Who does that?! WOW WOW WOW I have worked with 20+ real estate agents and Jerrod is the #1 in my mind. If he covered other states, I'd use him for all my real estate needs.

After he decided he would give me 30 days notice , the owner of the company Holly Trinidad, who had inherited the company from her father, refused to give me back the $ 2,000,00 commission . I had explained to the realtor, David Welker, that the tenant would not meet the terms of the contact. I was told by Ms. Trinidad that he was know longer with the company. I am now left with damages to my buildings of $ 10,000,00

As time went on- I was told I'd have to "bring them the house" I was interested in, as per the listings they'd send to me as they were "too busy". Let me say I'm from Denver and an active investor who showed proof of funds to pay cash and had made an offer to buy- only to be beat out by another cash offer. Moving on to another property I'd asked for details to run numbers. 12 days later, I got what I needed but in the email sent, they addressed me by another name. When I wrote back indicating they had my name wrong- Jamie wrote back offering to let me out of the Buyers Agent agreement. Perplexed- but knowing I wasn't getting good service- I took her up on her offer. I immediately reached out to another realtor, Chris Sandoval with Re/Max Associates- who has been GREAT!
