    (JASON MELTON) I AM Begging you DO NOT BUY FROM HERE…read more I was called a liar and the Manager got Aggressive and disrespectful and ended the convo before it started because he knew he was in the wrong This is the most unprofessional rude and disrespectful store ever they do not meet customers expectations or their own they lie about their policy just so you can buy a couch they told me that my old couch would be took out, and they would bring the new couch and fix it up etc None of this happened. The MANAGER told us this!! And the worker said 3 other clients on the past week said the same thing that they are misinforming customers they ended up leaving the couch and not fixing anything this is not worth it Reviews don't lie or ratings listen and save yourself some time pls. Edit: You will be followed around and basically stalked and almost forced to buy anything the manager followed us and the salesman around everywhere it was very uncomfortable and unpleasant

Great, it's covered under warranty. Well, first of all their financing through Acima is predatory. They were the absolute worst to deal with. Forced auto pay and then send auto-generated emails that we were late making payments and one time tried to charge us for it. Initially they offered to give me a "discount" to reinstate payments. Umm, no. I will not be paying anything extra when my account was in good standing the entire time and your system just didn't attempt to charge it. I was not late, it's automated. Then when I turn in this warranty claim and they get a local technician, I specifically state that I have an appointment in the afternoon and I need a morning appointment. They scheduled an afternoon appointment anyway and when I called to reschedule, they hung up on me and when I finally got through, they scheduled it more than a week out. Now my furniture has been completely unusable for 3 weeks, will be a month at that point. Not to mention they complained that I didn't send the right pictures and threatened to deny my claim but gave no instructions on how to update it. They wanted a picture of the entire recliner when the problem was listed as mechanical and I had sent a photo of the lift mechanism. I am so fed up I don't care how good the prices are or the quality it's not worth all this hassle. Do not be deceived, if you have any sort of issue, you will be speaking to someone who barely speaks English and does not give a hoot about your experience. Do not shop here!

    I have enjoyed going to The Attic in the past. However, the consignment reimbursement process is…read morequestionable. We dropped off a number of items last year for consignment. I was under the impression that anything sold would be reflected as a store credit to be used at our discretion. I stopped in a couple of weeks ago to buy some dishes and asked to use my credit. I was informed that there was no credit and that a check had been issued, that is now expired. I had a check...when?? That was not at all clear and I was not notified. I sent a message and received a call from the store about the issue, and nothing will be done. Not even a hint at a possible solution besides too bad, but the check is expired, nothing more. I asked if people are notified about consignment checks and they are NOT. The checks are put in a drawer and removed upon expiration if they weren't picked up. Even if I misunderstood, shouldn't customers be notified of money they are owed for personal items sold? I'm surprised that no message is ever sent. So, I gave my items to the store for free. My patronage must be very low priority. Questionable business practice and extremely frustrating.
