I wanted to send them a guide print to serve as a reference but they would not let me do it and no proofing available. It was a large Giclee so I was a little concerned as I have not ever worked with a lab that refused both guide print and proof. It was a reproduction of my wife's oil painting so color matching is important to us. Communication was over the phone and email so I might have gotten better service in person. A bit defensive when answering questions. Maybe it was me? or they are just too busy because they do good work at reasonable prices.

I rarely write reviews, but this one is genuinely deserved…read more From the very first conversation through to the final detail, the entire experience felt considered, precise, and quietly exceptional. Wallpaper installation can so easily go wrong; seams misaligned, patterns drifting, corners rushed. None of that happened here. Every line was exact, every join invisible, every surface treated with real care. What stood out most was the level of craftsmanship. The installer approached the space almost like an artist; taking time to understand the room, the light, and how the pattern would sit once complete. The result is seamless in the truest sense; it looks as though the walls were always meant to be this way. They were also deeply respectful of the home. Clean, organised, and thoughtful throughout, which matters more than people realise when work is being done in a lived-in space. It is rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such a refined eye. If you care about detail, finish, and a truly elevated result, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

HOWEVER, much to my shock, I found out they went out of business. I went to pick up my items they had in their inventory and the best items (gray leather bar stools, designer lamp, fig tree in a pot, large mirror, credenza, etc were missing. They told me I probably would not get them back!!!!!!! I have tried and tried to no avail. An attorney told me they have actually broken the law and have, in effect, STOLEN NY property. They don't care. I am looking into any kind of legal means to get my items back. Sickening!!
