I never leave reviews but this experience was very frustrating. I had a 6pm appointment for just a fill and was not seated until 6:45. I did not leave until 8:30pm. I left with polish on my hands and paint in my cuticles. When I asked if service could be discounted because 1. They were 45 minutes late 2. I didn't receive the color I asked for after repeating multiple times and 3. the paint is streaky. The woman responded "We don't have to do that" and walked away. They knew they were wrong. I did not make a large deal of it but it was rude and completely unprofessional. I will not be returning. read more

Went in for a gel pedi last night. Absolutely awful experience. Just wanted a normal gel pedicure. The lady who did it got the paint on my skin all around my nails then when I asked her to get it off cut my cuticles to the edges. Went home in pain. Literally burned to shower. To top it all off the pedicure was $75 with tip. Do not go here unless you want your toes to throb with pain through the whole night. Never going back. read more

This salon used to be my favorite place but they have become sloppy and definitely lacking customer service. I notice the nail technicians are often rushing and preoccupied with their cellphones even the owner. Answering phone calls and even FaceTime calls while doing nails. This most recent time I went in to get a dip mani and the nail tech wasn't paying attention when removing my old dip polish with the drill tool and cut into my finger very deep. I bled everywhere and felt nauseous. I went to this salon hoping for some great nails. I have jewels on the middle fingers that were completely crooked and uneven; and my index finger looks like a 5 year old painted a Easter egg. My nails are all different shapes and sizes. It is ridiculous. I'm so upset. I wouldn't recommend going here. I know I'm not going to again. Skill level: basic My gel polish peeled after five days. I called and explained my situation and the owner allowed me to come in for a free redo. The man who did my redo proceeded to paint one finger at a time, then instructed me to cure my whole had. He painted four layers of polish (not including the foundation coat and topcoat) so I cured my whole hands 60 times! If that is a legitimate strategy to keep polish on longer, fine, but my nails look chunky and especially sloppy at the cuticle. Definitely the lowest skill level I've ever experienced. I got my nails done in September and I don't think I'll ever go to a different nail salon. I had no problem scheduling an appointment and the waiting time was short. I got acrylics and my nails lasted about 3 or 4 weeks. If you know acrylics, then you know that's quite a while. The pricing wasn't too bad either. These only cost $65, not including the tip. I plan to go back there in a few weeks for Valentine's Day nails. So excited! read more

I went for a walk-in gel mani around 6 last night and was asked to come back for a 10 AM appointment the following morning. No problem, it worked for me. I get there at 10 and by 10:15 the owner is calling an employee asking if he will be showing up because people are waiting. The owner then tells me it will be another 10 minutes before he will show up. So my 10 AM appointment is now more like 10:30 and it didn't allow enough time for me. And when I told them as such, they all went "aww sorry". Thanks for a shitty experience and now I don't have my nails done for my bachelorette party. Sincerely a very sad bride. read more

We booked at 2:00 pm and went and sat there until around 2:20, they completely ignored us and the rest of the people waiting, when we made the appointment we thought it would be at 2 or around that time. No one has time to sit and wait. When we asked how much longer it was 15-20 minutes, but obviously would've been longer then that people were just getting their nails/toes started. Wow. I've never left a yelp review until now, and I really just feel I have to because of how terrible this experience was. I came in for a full set of acrylics with a basic nude polish and some black dots (the dots were done as haphazardly as humanly possible it seemed.) I asked for them to be short stilettos, you can see by the pictures what are now glued to my fingers might be a 5 year olds definition of that. All of the nails are shaped crooked, all of them are polished badly, SHE MADE ME BLEED ON MULTIPLE NAILS. I even spoke up about shape and width preferences, she acted like she heard and did nothing to follow what I said. Oh and not to mention the sweet $10 upcharge for what I have to assume was the shaping? Never again. read more

I came here since I live close by and saw they did the SNS/dip nails, and wanted to give those a try. Basically, if you're like me and do not want artificial nails and never had them before, a dip manicure is a longer lasting option than just a manicure. It took about 45 minutes to do them, but the careful attention to detail Bella took to make them look great was worth the wait! I still feel like my real nails but they are now made of steel! The only thing that bothers me is that the employees do not speak English to the other employees which makes me feel uncomfortable. I have been here 3 times, each time with a scheduled appt. Andy does a beautiful job with dip nails, but the second time I saw him, I had to wait 45 minutes for him to finish with a client before seeing or acknowledging me (no one did). This past Tuesday was the final time I'll go to Color Nail Salon. My appt was at 5:00, which is when I got there. Andy was working with a woman when I arrived and only picked a dip color at 5:15. I would have been sitting there a minimum of 15 more minutes, and no one said anything to me. It's completely disrespectful of my time. If I hadn't made an appt., I'd expect a wait, but horrible customer service to not greet your clients (and let them know you're running late) and ignore appt times. I went in a week ago and got a Dip manicure. 4 days later, it chipped on one finger. I did not call to fix the nail immediately, as I figured it was my error as I was typing on my key board. 2 days after the first chip, my nails we chipping at the cuticle as the would have as if they were 3 weeks old. It was barely a week after the manicure. I called the salon to hopefully fix my manicure as most of my nails had peeled off. The woman on the phone was super accommodating and said they would allow me to get another dip manicure for free. When I got to the salon and explained my situation again, the gentleman that did my first manicure was extremely aggressive and said the manicure would NOT be free. He was harsh and aggressive in his explanation, and I tried to explain that I was told it would be free over the phone. I ended up paying $20 for another manicure, which I felt was subpar. Meh. At best, meh. My friend and I went in for a mani pedi. I am not a very picky person, but a lot of things went wrong that just added up to a not wonderful experience. 1. Even though they took us as soon as we picked out our polish, they took over 2 hours for a mani pedi- and there was almost no wait time. That's how long the actual service took. For a few reasons... 2. My nail tech kept stopping just to go talk to people. At least three times she just put down her tools, stood up, and walked from station to station, giggling and laughing. She wasn't the manager or anything, she just got up to walk around. 3. At one point she did actually excused herself to go settle up a few tabs, and I watched her handle cash several times- then she came back to work on me without changing her gloves. DISGUSTING. 4. She did not trim my nails, even though I asked her to, twice. She did not treat my cuticles well, either. She did not trim them, she used the nippers to "scoop" around them but it just left them even more ragged when I came in. (Yes, I said something, twice. But at a certain point you can't tell someone how to do their job, and just start taking notes for yelp. 5. She also cut me, then asked "how did that happen?" She was completely unaware that she had done it- not paying attention at all, probably because she had to keep stopping to have her gossip sessions. The store itself is clean looking, and pretty. The pedicure chairs are very luxe. But the service and customer care did not match up to the environment. read more

This place is aweful!!!!! I went to others salons but when I went here it was incredibly painful . It's been two days later and my skin around my nail is incredibly swollen and red. I'm going to the doctors tomorrow cause it looks like an infection which means they broke my skin or used dirty tools. Second the lady I had was rude she only did one coat of paint and then made me pay with wet nails she couldn't wait until she finished and my nails were dry second my nails were wet so I was try to grab my wallet slowly and she just grabbed it and tried to go through it until I said no and grabbed it back.
