Instead of honoring the quote or even acknowledging the discrepancy, the stylist told me she "had to use more color," which made no sense given that I have a short page cut. The explanation felt dismissive and unprofessional. Between the unexpected upcharge and the poor customer service, I left feeling frustrated and misled. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this salon to anyone looking for transparent pricing or respectful service.

I have been a client of hers for over 20 years. I have seen other colorists at other salons through the years and have had to have Colette fix their mistakes lol. She is amazing I can show her a picture of the color I want and she is able to recreate what I show her if not make it look much better. Colette is great to talk to very funny clean and professional.
