My unit remained vacant for three months without a tenant or any discernible progress. My calls went unanswered, and I had to repeatedly contact her via text messages, to which she would typically respond two days later. When I brought my concerns to upper management, she attempted to rectify the situation, but unfortunately, it was beyond repair. Ultimately, I had to terminate the agreement. I then engaged a management company that proved to be exceptionally proactive and communicative. They successfully identified a new tenant within a week, and the tenant moved in the following week. It is truly regrettable to operate and work in such circumstances when one cannot conduct business professionally. She advised me on the best time to sell my property, kept me apprised of the costs throughout the process (effectively my biggest concern), discarded offers that were unreasonably low and not worth my time, and persistent for a good 3 months before we finally found a buyer at a price point that hit about 90% of my criteria. So they take $600 based upon a lie, and it gets even better... I view the property a year later - THEY NEVER PAINTED. Look up the property, the cabinets are BLUE!
