I walked into this dealership today fully prepared to purchase a small RV for an upcoming trip to Florida next week. I had $25,000 in cash ready to complete a deal immediately. I was a serious buyer, ready to do business on the spot. Unfortunately, from the moment I walked in, I was completely ignored. No greeting. No acknowledgment. No basic level of professionalism or courtesy. I was treated as if I didn't belong there -- as if my business had no value whatsoever. It was clear that customer service is not a priority at this establishment. The staff projected an attitude that unless you arrive in an expensive luxury vehicle or visibly appear wealthy, you are not worth their time. Instead of earning business, they dismiss it. After waiting and realizing I was not going to be treated with even basic respect, I walked out. I am now taking my $25,000 to another dealership that actually understands how to treat customers and appreciates legitimate buyers. Businesses that behave this way forget a simple fact: every customer matters. Respect costs nothing, but losing customers costs everything. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking for professionalism, respect, or even basic courtesy. These people are only looking for customers that are multimillionaires. If you're a base ordinary person look out they will treat you like a third class. They do not want your business.

We were looking but it wasn't advertised and we were going there to browse and saw it. I made an impulse offer that I would feel comfortable paying. I guess one of the managers came out and treated us like s**t. I'll leave it at that. I bit my tongue and left pretty much saying screw them. We discussed it and we called Josh on the way home and made a counter offer and they accepted. This was a Saturday near closing. Josh got everything in order for pickup on Weds. Wednesday comes and I slip out of work a bit early and head up. Josh was off. The person showing us the RV asked if I was ready for towing. I said yes. He said do you have braking controls. I said no. My Jeep tows 6000lbs and this is under 3000. "You cant leave without it by law". I lost my effing mind because I was never told this and drove an hour and a half. I said eff this. Lets go. Wife calmed me down. We looked it over. Guy showed me everything functioned. I was told it would be detailed but it was half azzed washed. Ok. Whatever. I asked if they could do a brake control install quickly assuming it was hardwired and it was a hopeless ask. He went to check. Now Ken comes out and explains the new wireless system. $289. Problem solved. Brian finished our financial work and he was awesome. Went well. Ken checks us out and not only helps set it up but had to trouble shoot an issue and stayed a little late to get us going. He explained so much to us I did not know. He was amazing. Appreciate Josh, Brian, Ken, and the yard dude. The manager which I dont remember his name can pound sand. My experience was OK thankfully because of the others.

He was extremely nice & knowledgeable but also inefficient: orientation shouldn't take 45 or more minutes per renter. Many companies require customers to watch a video upon arrival, which would have cut down on time. Overall, it took 1 hour to pick up and another hour to check out. Do NOT assume you will be in & out quickly. However, we were very appreciative of flexibility around pick-up & drop-off times. Although it couldn't be guaranteed in advance, our request to pick up early was honored. The RV itself was adequate - not fancy & not everything worked exactly, but also no major issues. The old, likely worn-out shocks made for a terribly uncomfortable ride at any speed. Items went flying, even when secured down. None of the options come with canopies, which is disappointing. The beds are horribly uncomfortable, so I strongly recommend bringing mattress pads. The prices for the rental itself and add-ons (eg mileage) were very expensive. Overall, there are other places nearby with nicer RVs, better perks (canopies, free parking, Sunday drop-offs) & lower prices. If this is your only option, as it was for us, it's just ok.
