The office is in an easy to get to location with plenty of parking. On arriving we were given some papers to fill out and after a short wait I was called in to a large procedure room. The receptionist offered me a cup of coffee and asked if I'd like my husband to wait with me. I was happy to have the company. Soon after my orthodist, Eugene, came in and introduced himself. He asked me a number of questions and did a brief exam of my food and brace before doing the casting. He was very nice and easily answered my questions. All of the staff were pleasant and efficient and the facility was large, clean and well equipped. Kris was the technician assisting me. She was terrific from the first! The office staff was also extremely helpful and worked with me on scheduling so that I could avoid high traffic times. Because things can be a bit slow working through the VA, and because I was also away for a month, so it took quite a while to actually get the orthotics. The results are worth it! My grandmother has lived here for years and seems to like it, considering the circumstances. Most staff I've encountered here are pretty friendly. The rooms feel very small to me, especially the 4 person room my grandmother lives in, but other rooming options are available if you have the $$$.
