I'd like to offer a bit of advice as far as the air con. Wonder why older women are bitchy on business trips and vacations? These damn hotel rooms don't have an air conditioner that stays on all night. I got four hours of sleep because I had it cranked down to 69. It was fabulous and I fell asleep with my sheet on. It kicks off for 20 or 30 mins and I wake up hot and sweaty waiting for the dang thing to kick back on. Repeat this 30 times and you have an agitated, sleep-starved woman. Can IHG not recognize that if they'd allow even just a constant fan, we'd still get air circulation and white noise and probably only need the ac at 71 or 72 and get much better sleep? Has a separate living area with a pull out couch for company. King bed is true to size and I only mention that because when we stayed here before we stayed in a 'queen' room and the bed was barely a full sized bed. So kudos! The absolute only complaint I have is the toilet does not work properly. We made them aware of it and they promptly handed us a plunger. It is very inconvenient to have to plunge the toilet EVERY TIME we have to go to the rest room. Please fix! Great customer service!!!!!
