Families are afraid to complain because their family member might be treated badly. This place is not worth the money that these families are paying. After very first DAY, we came back to visit and my grandmother had fallen and had many bruises - presumably from poor care because her primary caregiver was so rough with her; it was awful to see. The nurses care more about visiting with each other at the nurses station. No one really cares about the patients. We love my grandmother very much and moved her out after a couple of months. If the other workers have to come in with a uniform on, and still looking professional, then that example should be being set by upper man. The lack of care is becoming visible more and more as I visit. This place needs to be investigated by the state. We were pleased with his level of care & the attentiveness of the care staff. I was pleased with their level of communication - they ensured I was in the loop regarding what was going on with my father. He adjusted well and we felt confident his needs were being met. He moved to the Memory Care unit (MC) a few weeks ago and seems to be thriving in this new area. The level of care is different, but still great! I have no doubt my dad is in the best place for his needs. I would definitely recommend the Presbyterian Community. The only less than positive thing I can say is the facility is quite dated and is in need of being updated. But, the facility is safe, clean and appropriate.

When I called to speak to the owner(s) as I was referred by my moms church. Apparently one of the part owners was a member. I was given the RUN AROUND by the front staff. They should be shut down. We had cameras on my mother in law and the one in the bedroom was altered habitually when using Home Instead. Maybe if they paid the caregivers at least half of what they charged per hour, the experience would have been better. Negative stars, however, I have to at least put 1.

The night shift nurses are the laziest and are totally inconsiderate of the needs of the residents. Constant complaints to management about residents care has resulted in no improvements. We moved my family member to another facility out of pure necessity. As expect their health and well being improved immediately. Avoid this facility. Oh here's something to ask residents and their families; does anything ever get stolen? Why? If there are anything sweet in the room or fridge the night shift night nurses will steal them. Yea, that's a fact.
