The roof was leaking so it was a necessity. I had 5 roofers give me estimates, most within the same price range, but no one would call back, or get me on the schedule. Finally I reached a live person at Bow Tie!! within days I had the estimate resolved, signed and sent a deposit. I was finally put on the schedule!! Hooray! even if I had to wait until November, at least this was progress. Surprise, surprise, I get a text saying they received the check, and could they start work? They came to our home to meet with us and general contractor to design layout and discuss options before making final decision. Drew up plans signed paperwork and informed us 6 to 8 weeks and cabinets would be in. 12 weeks later cabinets came in incomplete!!!! CHITWOOD neglected to fax in the special order items with the order. Finally another 12 weeks later the final pieces arrived. Our general contracter took the lead and customized our kitchen above and beyond. When we called Chitwood for any updates on our cabinets it took days to get a call back. We are very happy with our end product but the miscommunication and lack of urgency and customer service was annoying and disheartening! We will not be recommending CHITWOOD Cabinets!

Contatced Sigi with SGC in regards to remodeling our front and back porches at our house in Pine,…read moreAZ. Sigi was quick to respond and followed up with an in person visit within a day or so. We discussed some ideas about my front and back porch and I liked his recommendations. I decided to go with SGC and began in February. SGC had to completely demo both porches and start all over with new footers for both. I went with Trex Decking as well for the proches. Demo was completed the first week in February and his crew began working. Mother nature slowed it down a little bit with some snow and rain here and there and waiting on the Gila county inspector added a few days along the way. The porches were completed in March. I also had SGC tear down and build a new privacy metal fence on a portion of my property. The metal matched the color scheme of my house really well. I really appreciated Sigi's communication along the way. I love the craftsmanship of the porches too. The flooring has a really nice picture framing finish for the flooring and trex decking was used on the railings as well.. I went with cable wires for the railings too and it gives the porches a real nice open look. I would highly recommend SGC for your project in the Gila County area!
