The island was out of square. They used leftover, altered sinks for our job. When contacted to try and make it right, the owner hung up and dodged calls multiple times. When confronted in person, had no cares in the world about making it right. Multiple contractors commented on it being the worst granite job they have ever seen. Avoid these folks at all cost.

We were called on…read moreTuesday morning and Aaron told us he had an opening that afternoon or otherwise it would be at least a week. We discussed the issues with him and agreed to an afternoon time. He arrived at the scheduled time and both he and his assistant had on masks which we really appreciated. He replaced out leaking kitchen faucet, reset our master bathroom toilet, and installed a filter on our ice maker. We have used C&S or 15 years and they have always arrived on time, or given us a call to say they would be 15 or 30 minutes late. They have always cleaned up the work area. They purchased and replaced our hot water heater almost 9 years ago and it is still giving us plenty of hot water.

We couldn't be more pleased with Jinx and her office manager, Keysha, nor with the installers, Juan and PeeWee. They were able to complete the project, (which involved tearing out porcelain tile and carpet and installing the new floor) in 3 days. I loved the selection of materials, loved the "no pressure" salesmanship, and loved the promptness and professionalism of the people involved in this project from start to finish. Paris Tile & Marble was just one of the businesses we visited for our flooring, and I do not think we could have made a better choice!

I have called 4 times and nothing..this last time I spoke to Penny. During the conversation she was amazingly rude and unprofessional. She did give me the owners name Guy England and told me he would say that they did their job and that's it! And all calls went through her and the company was too busy to even call me. All I wanted was clarification....she was telling me that the part was outside when it was definitely on the inside of my window. They were too busy to even send someone out to look or call. When I asked her to quit raising her voice...she then said ....we did our job and hung up on me!

This place is a hot mess! Chaotic and sloppy. I had to re-choose my tile selections at least…read moretwice and they had to come and measure four times. Even at that, they way overestimated the amount of tile needed. I was left with several boxes of tile that are useless to me. The tile setters left a mess of grout everywhere that I am now cleaning up. The vinyl floor installers had to come back twice to finish after I demanded they do so. The carpet layers left a big ugly seam right at the top of my stairs that is extremely noticeable. On top of all that they tried to add $1,300 to our estimate! I would suggest avoiding this place, but if you decide to go ahead, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING, every conversation, every choice you make, etc.
