Since my first visit three years ago, I wondered if the great customer service was still the norm…read more I went for an oil change because the dashboard light flashed. I thought it was strange because it wasn't the mileage on the sticker for my next oil change. When I told the manager Lisa, she said we will look at it for you. Justin came back and said the oil was fine, he topped it off anyway. I went to pay my bill and was told no charge. Incredible service again. As a senior woman this is like finding a unicorn ! This is where to go.

CRITICAL CONSUMER WARNING: GROSS NEGLIGENCE, SERVICE FRAUD, AND INTIMIDATION AT THE TROPICANA &…read moreJONES LOCATION (REQUEST 190005). Do not trust this shop with your vehicle or your safety. I brought my car in for a routine oil change on a Wednesday at 2:15 PM. The service was rushed out of spite after a hostile check-in. Less than 1 single mile after leaving their shop on Thursday morning, my vehicle suffered a massive white smoke emergency and had to be flatbed towed right back to their bays. The technician, Mauricio F., committed gross service negligence by dumping fresh synthetic fluid right on top of 5 quarts of dirty, un-drained sludge--completely flooding my engine with 9 total quarts of oil pressure! This oil fiasco stripped me of my basic mobility and held my primary car hostage for six full days. Worse than the mechanical negligence is the intentional consumer deception and shadow cover-ups. The manager, Karen, called me from her personal cell phone on Saturday morning explicitly trying to force recycled drain-bucket oil and a clogged, fouled filter back onto my engine block to hide the shop floor property damage from Corporate tracking logs! I had to catch her on a recorded shop line to force them to use fresh oil and a fresh filter. When I went to collect my vehicle yesterday (Monday), after they stalled my schedule for 7.5 hours from 09:09 AM to 04:46 PM and caused me to suffer a real $250 out-of-pocket doctor's cancellation penalty, the manager was aggressively hostile on a live recording. She immediately attacked me at the counter because Corporate opened an investigation, tried to fraudulently deny a valid warranty by screaming that my system was "old," and manually typed "HERE TWICE" on my printed invoice to falsify records and hide her branch's true failure from regional auditors! Right before handing over my keys, she was caught on tape shouting, "I want to give you these keys, get you out of my shop." I have time-stamped dipstick photos, 7.5-hour garage terminal logs, text records proving systemic employee moonlighting rings at this facility, and full audio recordings of the counter intimidation. I am handing this entire fraud archive straight to the Nevada Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection and the Nevada DMV Compliance Enforcement Division to audit their franchise operating license. Because of Meineke's gross misconduct, I now have to pay money directly out of my own pocket to an independent shop just to get a complete diagnostic safety inspection done to see if their oil flood caused permanent damage to my vehicle. Avoid this crooked repair shop at all costs!
