A trip to the dealership would have easily cost a couple thousand dollars and left her without a car for several days. Instead, I called Sam. Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. Sam was courteous, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. While I hope I never need auto body repairs again, if I do, I won't hesitate to call Sam. If you've got a scratch, dent, ding, or minor body damage, Sam is your guy. Highly recommend!

Not even a month later, the bumper literally FELL OFF on one side on its own. And when I checked it, it appeared to have been glued anyway!! the exact thing I specifically asked them NOT to do. The paint job was just as sloppy. Visible paint drips, uneven finish, and careless-looking work all over the area they repaired. The attached photos speak for themselves. So after paying $900, I ended up with a bumper falling off my car and a sloppy paint job. AVOID this place or at least Inspect their work VERY carefully before paying, because this experience was beyond disappointing.
