We then called HW Contractors and that's when we first met John Dunlap he came and listened, spent an 1+ on roof and determined it was definite storm damage. He told us we could file a claim with our insurance. If we wanted him to represent us he would be more than glad there was no pressure it was up to us. But it is also their kindness they showed knowing we were going through a tough time with me being disabled and our daughter being diagnosed with cancer. They showed empathy and kindness.
