The problem at this company is how you are treated by the owner/manager if you have any question or issue whatsoever. I have reached out to him maybe three times over the years for very simple questions or issues. Every single time I have been met with utter disdain, condescension, and astoundingly nasty treatment. For the cost of this lawn service, there should someone willing to address your issues when something is not right. Not here. Be prepared to be belittled and talked down to, because that is how this business operates. Here is my advice: if you do decide to overpay for this lawn service, please be warned that homes scheduled early in the week take priority over those with service later in the week. For example, I was a Thursday lawn on their schedule which means that I get bumped on Thanksgiving week each year. Totally understandable. But, if the Monday through Wednesday lawns get service Thanksgiving week, wouldn't it make sense to start with the Thursday lawns the next week? Not when management is too lazy to adjust the schedule to accommodate all paying customers. Instead, Monday-Wednesday lawns get another service at the start of the next week because 'people like to get service on the same day' (his exact words when explaining his reasoning). Therefore, Thursday and Friday lawns get the shaft during the peak of leaf season. New fescue grass sprouting all around from seeding in October, then you add piles of wet rotting leaves on top, and get no service for 2 full weeks (or more)? It simply suffocates the new growth every year. Why couldn't he just communicate with M-W clients that they won't receive service on their regular day the week after thanksgiving? Too much to ask, or likely just managerial laziness. And what do I get for asking for the 2nd time in 3 years about this very issue? 'This week will be your last visit.' I pay the same as M-W people, so why should they get service twice before I get one? Instead of addressing my concern, he takes his mower and walks away. No warning, nothing. Simply made the decision to break our agreement and not show up again. I even gave him 2 additional weeks to make it right and to complete the service that I didn't receive in November, or reimburse me for said service. He tells me to stop emailing him and to let it go. In other words, I already have your money and now refuse to provide the service that was paid for. I'm ecstatic about not dealing with this jerk any longer. See for yourself the piles of leaves after 2 weeks and the dead growth from underneath after they finally showed up for their 'last visit'. I paid north of $400/month, nearly $5k/year, always on time, for weekly lawn service. And instead of taking care of a customer with understanding and compassion, he simply refuses to come back. Sad. Too many options out there to deal with this nonsense. Lastly, I'm sure he will come on here and talk about me being mean to him as the reason for not coming back. Mike, if you took care of my issue and stop letting it happen year after year, I will be nice as can be. If you value customer service, stay FAR away from StoneCreek. You have been warned.

Design provided looked pretty good, but after spending over $400 dollars on suggested plants found that the plants suggested were not necessarily perennial, some plants and positioning according to said plan outweighed or caused other plants from growing/surviving, and some plants suggested were not ideal to the amount of sun exposure for the area specified. Overall, it was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend.

The most egregious part of the experience, however, was that they drove in the front yard and sank into the yard cracking our water pipe leading to the house. Not only did they not fix the sunken area from their tires but they have refused any compensation for the damage to our piping. We are now faced with a $10,000 repair due to their carelessness. I would never recommend this company for any reason. If you are going to do work in someone's yard then you should stand behind any damage you cause. Stay away from this company.

I still use Antonio and his guys to trim my collection of pampas grass every year and they still do…read morea great job, but I also add in an occasional lawn mowing from time to time when I'm too busy or if, quite frankly, I've let the lawn go for too long and it would take me hours and hours to finish the job with my own mower. Now, we have what I would call an award winning lawn even Hank Hill would be envious of. The grass is so thick and lushes, it looks like god laid down some deep green shag carpet. Part of the way it's gotten like that is that I take very good care of it, paying attention to the details and implementing best practices. These guys pay the same kind of attention to detail. I honestly am shocked every time they come here how much they make sure to do, like trimming, edging, blowing, and they even stripe the lawn at the end for a nice touch...today I saw them even come onto our stone patio and blow it off as well! I'd highly recommend using these guys for your lawn and landscaping needs.

What bothered us the most was that he lied and said that the inner drum cost him $400. The flagstone patio was sloppy and half done. He used our existing landstone edging and simply just placed the stones on the top the gound. He threw piles of dirt behind our trees. We actually had to finish the job right. We took 2 days to properly lay the lines and edging stones. The design was terrible so we had to redesign the shape. I guess it shows that if you want something done right you have to do it yourself. Its sad that we paid an "landscaping " company to do a job we could have done better. He lied straight to our faces. He is not to be trusted. His response was essentially your dumb enough to pay it.
