In response to Lee's comment. Nothing was done to the screen for it to crack. Maybe if quality…read moreparts were used, this would not have happened. If the warranty is not for the screen you replaced, then what is it for. I do not appreciate being called a liar. Very unprofessional, and I stand behind my review 100% and your comment to my review just demonstrates a lack of professionalism. I should have known better to use a business that does not stand behind their work. You would think if you are going to charge a customer $300 yo replace a screen you would at least use a quality product to replace it with. With the cost if everything going up, I hope this business is under new management that understands the meaning of good customer service and that they have either started using quality replacement parts or significantly lowered their price.
