I called yesterday and Kevin arrived today early.??!! This guy has such a great attitude. Was more than happy to remove his size 15 boots to come into my home..His attention to detail it's like no other. He did an amazing job and looked for and fixed potential problems that could happen in the future with my window. Two of the rollers weren't rolling real good so he came up with the idea of putting a good roller on each side.!!! his work is top notch. He even had nothing but praise and good things to say about his boss and company. I'm telling you there are still great professional committed craftsman in this town and the price was reasonable. The team was attentive to detail throughout the project, making sure everything was measured, aligned, and installed perfectly. You could tell they really take pride in their work. The installation was completed in a great timeframe--efficient without ever feeling rushed. They kept things clean, communicated clearly, and made the process easy for us from day one. There were some issues with the timing of the install due to some communication issues with the window manufacturer, but Kevin was checking in and ensuring the project was progressing. We're beyond happy with the final result and would confidently recommend B&T to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a team that truly cares about getting the job done right.

Yelp doesn't recommend reviews when they have reason to believe the reviews are ported by someone paid by the business. But in this case, this man doesn't even have a listened and this a crime in the state of Nevada! I cannot be more disappointed with the way ay my bathroom looks and the money I wasted. I'm not even convinced that if I shower in it, it won't leak everywhere and have water damage. He didn't even bother to properly waterproof my shower with RedGard around the seams, did not put thin set over the entire back of tiles and do not cover the seams of the concrete wall with thinset. One of the tiles installed is cracked. See pictures. The framing around the edges sticks out past the tile. The niche is all uneven and I had to ask him to uninstall two tiles that had already cured in the wall because he installed in the wrong direction. The list goes on. I will update my review with more detail pictures.

We recently worked with Servando on a full kitchen remodel, and I can confidently say he is the…read morebest contractor I've ever worked with. Our project was extensive--he handled moving utilities, prepping for cabinets and countertops, installing appliances and new lighting, relocating a large kitchen window, drywall, and installing brand new engineered hardwood flooring. He also retiled our fireplace, built a new mudroom, and relocated our laundry room with new machine installs. Every aspect of his work was top-notch. I work with vendors and contractors all the time in my profession, and Servando was by far one of the easiest and most professional people I've worked with. He communicated clearly and effectively throughout the entire project, was always on time, and kept the worksite extremely clean and organized. One thing I especially appreciated was that if I gave him information or directions that didn't seem quite right, he wouldn't just blindly move forward--he would ask thoughtful questions to make sure we were making the best decision possible. That level of communication and attention to detail made a huge difference and really helped ensure the project came out perfectly. Another thing that stood out was how honest and straightforward he was with pricing. There were no surprise change orders, no ballooning costs, and no unexpected price increases that we weren't aware of ahead of time. If something was going to cost more, he clearly communicated it upfront and explained why. It was incredibly refreshing to work with someone who made us feel like he genuinely cared about the project instead of trying to take advantage of it financially. Any time we had questions or minor concerns, he stayed calm, listened, and worked with us to come up with the best solution. His pricing was extremely fair, especially considering the quality of work. In fact, the only regret I have is not awarding him the cabinets and countertops portion of the job. We went with a cheaper bid from another company to save a couple thousand dollars, and it turned into a nightmare. Servando was the complete opposite experience. If you want a contractor who will do things right the first time, stay on schedule, communicate well, and deliver high-quality results, Servando is your guy. I highly recommend him for any project.
