I never had that conversation with the contractors board because I never asked you to do something against code. I reopened the case because I forgot you have a lien on my house. Contractors board closed it in error when my inspector retired.

B&T had taken the job from the seller but had not completed the job at closing. I was told that B&T Construction would be able to complete the job in a few days and they were pre-paid for the job. My experience with B&T/Nikolai Travis was extremely poor, I expected B&T to quickly replace the screens so we could use the house we purchased. Rather than being treated as a customer I was treated as a nuisance. Every step of the way, it was me asking them about the status of the project(project? It was replacing 5 screens!) What was supposed to be done before the 4th of July stretched into the 2nd week of July and then end of July. As of today Sep 9, 10 weeks after closing the job has not been completed. Nikolai knew the screens were critical for us as there is no A/C in the house and the windows need to be opened at night to let the house cool off. However, without screens there were dozens of flying bugs coming into the house every evening. After weeks and weeks of delays someone from their team came out to install the screens. There were only 3 screens installed, one was installed in the wrong window. A 4th screen was left on the ground and there was one screen missing! To this day the job is not complete and have not received a single piece of information as to what went wrong and when they will be able to replace the missing screen.

Yelp doesn't recommend reviews when they have reason to believe the reviews are ported by someone paid by the business. But in this case, this man doesn't even have a listened and this a crime in the state of Nevada! I cannot be more disappointed with the way ay my bathroom looks and the money I wasted. I'm not even convinced that if I shower in it, it won't leak everywhere and have water damage. He didn't even bother to properly waterproof my shower with RedGard around the seams, did not put thin set over the entire back of tiles and do not cover the seams of the concrete wall with thinset. One of the tiles installed is cracked. See pictures. The framing around the edges sticks out past the tile. The niche is all uneven and I had to ask him to uninstall two tiles that had already cured in the wall because he installed in the wrong direction. The list goes on.
