I tried the Jerk Chicken Rice Bowl with the Spicy BBQ, and I'm still in awe. This wasn't just a meal, this was a moment. The chicken was perfectly smoked, tender, juicy, and kissed with that slow-smoked depth that can only come from someone who truly knows their craft. The jerk seasoning wasn't just spice, it was balanced, layered, and harmoniously blended. Every bite carried warmth, depth, and just the right amount of kick. And the spicy BBQ? It's the kind of sauce you remember. Sweet and spicy in the perfect dance, bold without being overwhelming, flavorful without being too heavy. It tied everything together in the most delicious way. The cilantro and lime on top were the finishing touch I didn't know I needed. Bright, fresh, and divine! it lifted every flavor and made the entire bowl feel like it was crafted just for me. Generous portions, unforgettable flavor, and truly made with love. This is not your average market food, this is the kind of dish you crave long after it's gone. Run, don't walk, to Earl's Slow & Low BBQ. I'll be dreaming about that bowl until my next visit.

I've drove past this truck often but never thought of stopping til last weekend when my husband…read morerecommend it on our way out of lox. We got a full rack of ribs, side of mac & cheese, coleslaw, and potato salad as well as some stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeño peppers. We pulled down the bed on the truck and nibbled a little bit before we hit the road. I was incredibly shocked of how good the ribs were. This is now my favorite rib spot in town for barbecue places. The meat was so tender It fell right off the bone and had a black pepper seasoning taste to it. I'm a sauce whore and love sauces but could definitely eat these without any barbecue sauce. Out of all the sides we got I would definitely get the potato salad again. It was probably my favorite I've ever had. Now anytime we pass the area we're gonna have to stop to get some ribs and potato salad. I can't believe my niece who lives out here has been gate keeping this place.

Not enough bbq sauce on them for my taste and no extra included. The baked beans looked like they ran out and scraped the bottom of the pan to get me last order. Embarrassing. We stopped by early. There weren't any other patrons when we first entered -- only some loud music and one musician taking requests. We weren't that hungry but wanted to try a couple different things, so we decided to share. There was a little bit of a language barrier even though we speak Spanish. We started with their mussels appetizer (choritos a la chalaca). Peruvian style mussels were marinated and topped with chopped onions and tomatoes. We'd said a tiny bit of spice, but they were quite spicy. I ate half of the mussels and left the topping on most. For our main, we ordered the whole fried snapper. Instead of yucca, I asked for salad. We wanted salad and the white rice and the fish. Instead, they forgot the rice and only brought a salad and the fish. When they delivered the salad it was without dressing. We had to flag down the server to get some dressing. We'd asked for oil and vinegar, and we were given ranch dressing. The whole fish was okay. We added a squeeze of lime and salt to help, but it was pretty bland. This place is probably quite busy a bit later in the evening when folks come for the entertainment and some drinks. It wasn't our cup of tea, however.
