I explained my problem to him. JM looked at the boots I had on and immediately identified some issues. He brought my another pair in a different size just to see the fit. He then offered a half size. They were perfect! They were a half size larger than I normally wear and a width different than I normally wear. Thanks to JM I left with a pair of boots that I really appreciate. And the man wasn't upset it wasn't like he was saying excuse me and nobody heard he was looking at what he wanted to order. All and all I would say I would still come back. I really do think they are worth a try. I know baristas work hard and working with the public isn't easy.
