He surveyed the scene to figure out the best way to get in, chop up and remove the limb, and then extract it all while doing the least amount of additional damage to the garage and fence. His quote was reasonable and he was willing to work with our insurance company. He came the next morning on time and completely removed the limb, cleaned up the surrounding areas, and even temporarily repaired the fence. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
