When they left, I did some research and discovered that their core business is cleaning. I reached out to them and expressed my concerns. This is a business with no online presence other than Yelp and there was no way that I was going to give them thousands of dollars up front. It was a friendly correspondence and I stated that - despite their lack of online presence and experience outside of cleaning, I would still like to work something out with them.
