What the f do we do in the middle of NC with basically a flat tire and about 600 miles to go on somewhat of a time limit? We called up jarmans, and within 45 minutes the extremely nice gentleman who we dealt with had our problem solved. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the service, and overall southern comfort we received! Made it home the same day, and thank you jarmans!! Turned what could've been an absolute disaster into a minor delay. We also met a fine gentleman outside who also was waiting to get his tire fixed as well. Had a nice chat with him about a lot of stuff, and he said sometimes bad things happen for a reason. Our bad thing could not have happened at a better place on our trip, 12 minutes away from what turned out to be our savior that day. Thank you again!!! We won't forget our experience.

Looking for a great dealership with quality people and top on the line used cars and new vehicles,…read morethis is the place for you. My daughter was looking for a larger vehicle for an expected child. After looking at trucks online for days we picked out a few trucks at multiple car lots / dealerships that would suit her needs. We had settled on one in rocky mount. We planned to go back and buy it the next day as it was getting late in the evening. On our way back home, my daughter found one that she wanted to look at before heading back to rocky mount. So glad we decided to go look at one more. This dealership knows how to conduct themselves and talk to the customer. Not like just another sale but as if we were close friends having a conversation. This dealership is by far the best one I have been to in many years maybe the best one to date. I love the personalization and the feeling that you are dealing with a company and people that cares. You can buy vehicles on every corner in every town, but you will not get the same attention or feel as welcome anywhere like Odem Ford. I truly believe they would be just as happy to talk with you as to sell a vehicle to you. Finishing this off with a huge kudos to everyone at Odom Ford for a very professional way of doing business and still having the personal touch. This can only happen if the culture is rooted from the top down.

The outside of the place doesn't look like much, but the service speaks VOLUMES for this small-town business. Even if they can't perform a specific repair at the shop itself, they will transfer your vehicle to a place with the equipment needed for a great price. Quick, inexpensive, and convenient. I highly recommend this place for your auto needs.
