We popped in for a quick bite yesterday; it was our first time. The staff was so lovely and helpful and kind! We loved everything we got and can't wait to come back and try more things. Soooo fresh and delicious!!

Yes, everything is outrageously overpriced. But god damn this herby bagel absolutely stuffed with smoked salmon cream cheese was a thing of beauty. The bagel had a nice chewy exterior and the cream cheese had flakes of tender smoked salmon throughout. The market has a small selection of fancy local products, which you can get cheaper often elsewhere, but I want to support local small businesses within walking distance of communities when I can. I probably won't do much shopping here but I'm still dreaming about the bagel, so I'll be back.

What a cute lil store! Or maybe not so little, as there's actually a decent amount going on in here. Besides the gorgeous mural outside and the fun neon sign above the front door, there is indoor and outdoor seating here. Inside, it is a local and scratch made grocery that also offers freshly made bagels, juice, ice cream, spreads, and more. I got a quesadilla (with really good salsa!), asiago cheesy bagel with cream cheese, and a birthday chocolate to go. All tasty! And really pleasant service from the staff. Prices are a little high for grocery - but it's specialty products, locally sourced, etc, so it's great for specific items and gifts.

A quick meal & fresh juice from the Collective Market is a great way to start your day, but beware: there are so many yummy options on the menu it may be hard to make a decision on what to choose!

We came to check the place out after visiting the Downtown Hillsboro Farmer's Market on a Saturday and had to come back the next day on Sunday for brunch! They have their own parking lot so that makes it very convenient. This place is a market store, restaurant, and they also cooking classes here as well! You walk through the market shelves filled with fresh local produce, dairy, meat, and other goods to get to the order counter. They offer many options for breakfast, lunch, and beverages including coffee and fresh juice. It definitely has a clean modernized diner/cafe feel. You order and pay at the counter and seat yourself anywhere. There were inside tables options and outside tables for nicer weather. It wasn't super busy when we went in around 10am on a Sunday morning and we got our drinks first (Pineapple Express Juice and Nola Inspired Iced Coffee) and the food came out shortly after. The Dat Hash Tho hit the spot with a perfectly runny egg on top, and the Amy's special bagel sandwich was huge! They also have a serve-yourself water station with a lot of condiment options for you to take to your own table. This is also where the busing station too. We got our food fairly quickly but I did see a family that came after us waiting quite a bit when they got busy. I guess maybe it depend on what you ordered? I thought the pricing was reasonable for the quantity and quality for the food and drink, and the vibe is very family friendly. I would love to come back for lunch or their Friday Food Truck nights!

While the food I ordered was very oily it was delicious and I was sure that the ingredients they used were high quality. Some products at the store didn't have prices so I had to ask the workers a few times but they were nice and helpful. I'd go back if I'm in the area. By the way, the sourdough pancakes were amazing though a bit burnt but there's a charm in that lol.

First of all, I love the idea of this place, a cute little market where you can get local provisions, right next to my favorite bakery (of the same owner). The branding and aesthetic is super cute, totally my vibe, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I've visited several times to browse their selections but had never purchased anything until today. My husband and I visited on a brisk Sunday morning and were greeted immediately upon walking in. We had a great conversation with the employee at the register and we each ordered a bagel sandwich with egg, cheese and bacon. We decided to enjoy our coffee (that we grabbed from the bakery next door) while sitting at the counter in front of the open kitchen as we watched our food being made. We could have dined in as there was plenty of seating but we took our bagels to go. The portion is huge, super tasty and very filling. I'd love to return and try one of their lunch bagel sandwiches.

I really like the concept behind Collective Market. Everything is scratch made in house or sourced from local vendors. The menu offers several vegetarian options, which is always a plus for me. After reading the reviews and perusing the photos, Collective Market was on my "check it out" list. So one hot day when I didnt feel like going anywhere after work, I opted to do delivery from Collective Market. I ordered their zucchini fritter benedict, egg salad bagel and fries. It did seem to take a bit longer to arrive than most places, but that's forgivable when things are made to order. The egg salad bagel arrived open face in a box. The egg salad is rather soupy so it ran off the bagel and against the box. It may be better to order this in house. My friend said it tasted good. The fries were tasty. I like that they don't cut the skin off the potatoes and the fries weren't greasy. The zucchini fritter benedict was a disappointment. It's not really a benedict at all. There is no English muffin just the zucchini fritter topped with over easy eggs. There was so much eggshell in my eggs that I spit out more than I ate. The avocado and sauce were good but not enough to salvage the main component of eggs. There were burnt potatoes on the side. Collective Market is both a restaurant and a market. They sell many locally made items. So my first try at Collective Market was unsuccessful. I think they have potential and deserve another try in the future. They are located near the Hillsboro Central/ SE 3rd transit center.

Collective Market is a welcome addition to downtown Hillsboro! They have a little bit of everything, ranging from local produce, meats, deli, coffee, baking supplies, and more. They also have fresh house made bagels and a deli case, not to mention a menu of lunch and breakfast items. Collective Market has fresh juices, cocktails, frozen wine slushees and soft serve sundaes. I love it! I can see us coming back for drinks or lunch and then heading over to D'Anu next door to taste some wines. I think it's very smart to combine food and drinks with a market since more people will probably buy the ready to eat stuff. The prices for the groceries range from okay to spendy but the restaurant items are pretty reasonable. Our wine slushees were $7. When we visited, they were about a half hour from closing (8pm) and the staff seemed pretty annoyed with the people who kept coming in. It would be nice if they stayed open later at least till 9pm on Tuesdays when more people are downtown for the Night Market or on Fridays for Friday Night Bites in the summer. But other than the hours, Collective Market actually seems like a fun place to grab a drink and a snack. Can't wait to go back!

I have four hours to wander around Hillsboro so I texted my foodie friends with recommendations. This was the first place suggested and I'm glad I came here! The restaurant was easy to find/walk to from the courthouse. I came around 10:00 am on a weekday so it wasn't crowded and no wait in line. It was very pleasing to my senses as I walked in - the smells and the restaurant set up. Staff was really friendly and offered suggestions on what to try. I ended up with a rosemary & sea salt bagel sandwich (egg/cheese/bacon/avocado). It was perfect - each bite better than the last. I will definitely be back to try various bagels & cream cheese flavors.

This market place is super cute! They not only sell breakfast and lunch items that you could easily take to-go or sit down, but also sell house-made sauces such as aoli's, ranch and many more sauces to self care items such as organic pumpkin face mask and even beard oil. I tried out their brunch which always ends at 2pm, I got the jalapeños and cheese bagel and did the basic egg and cheese for $7.75. I also added bacon $2.00 and avocado $2.50. This breakfast sandwich was very delicious, especially with hot sauce! I also got the steak & eggs $11.50 with a cheese bagel. This was super good, I love the caramelized onions in it and their special sauce topped it off. Would get this one again, this sandos is also very filling as well. To drink I got the Hawaiian Punch which has beets, pear, orange and lime. All their juices has a set price of 10oz $6.50 and 16oz $9.50. This drink was really refreshing and tasty! Overall, would come again to try other items. Staff was really kind and gave me samples of their house made cream cheese, which are really good as well. Environment seemed cleaned, although seatings are limited and I could see that this place could get crowded during peak season like summer.

Many times I've seen it and many times I've avoided it. But now I regret not checking it out the first time they opened up a few years ago. Here's a few tips and details: * Parking * Most folks park in the New Seasons parking lot, or down the residential streets. The times I've been here, the lot has never been full. So I've never had any issue finding parking. * Favorite Vendors * ~ The Pie Guy - out of North Plains. If you yelp that, you'll see why he's different. These are heaven in a container! ~ Pablo Munoz Fruits - I'm all about their peaches and berries! ~ Martinez Family Farms - Come here early for these guys. They always have a long line to pay. ~ Favorite Produce - I dig their fresh flower bouquets. ~ Helvetia Vineyards & Winery - Another local wine favorite. Try a sample! ~ Baird Family Orchards - mmm mmm, gotta love them peaches! Especially their Sweet Sue yellow peaches. ~ Our Little Farm and Nursery - Haven't bought anything from these guys, but they're the ones that freshly roast peppers. People love'em! ~ Slow Rise Bakehouse - Located out of Forest Grove. Check out my ROTD for them ;) ~ Thompson Farms - The "pear guy"! He's picking bosc pears soon. I cannot wait! ~ Papa's Sunflower Seeds - Flavored roasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds. These are the guys that do team fundraising. ~ Ochoas Catering & Events - Necessito burrito! They wrap up fat burritos (and more) and their salsas are simply el mejor! For the most part, if it's a hot summer day, the market can close a bit early due to excessive heat. I've yet to go here on a rainy day. But in closing for my next visit, I'm trying the pasta lady, the hot sauce guy, and the fresh mini donuts. Oh and the mouthful momo stand.
