Many employees appear to be consistently overworked due to staffing shortages and demanding workloads. Workers are often expected to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including customer service, inventory , maintenance with the store, other operational tasks. There are concerns that employees are not receiving sufficient breaks during long shifts and that scheduling practices may contribute to physical and mental exhaustion. Excessive workloads can negatively impact employee well-being, workplace morale, and the quality of customer service. Additionally, some employees feel their concerns regarding workload, scheduling, and workplace expectations are not being adequately addressed. A healthy workplace should encourage open communication between management and staff and ensure that employee concerns are taken seriously and handled fairly!!!!
