The location is perfect for anyone who works near main post. The shop is located in a mini mall with friendly parking lot. You must be 21+ to enter the shop and they do check everyones ID. At first I was asked not to take pictures but when I explained it was for yelp they were okay with it. If you vape I highly recommend this shop ask for Alfredo.

Plenty of food options... not much parking that's convenient. You would best overshoot the Walmart parking and after their last entrance on Mesa St., park, and then walk back to the Market. The vendors are super friendly and I certainly didn't feel any pressure to buy anything, but there was a lot of quality stuff. It's not entirely overwhelming, and you can see everything they have and try anything you want in about an hour's time with no rush. All the vendors are ready for contactless payment, but they take cash too. if you need cash, an ATM is close by. The food trucks are towards the front, and the vendor tents are well organized into columns along the center of the market. Everybody from the vendors to the market goers were all friendly and at around noon, the market was bustlin' but not overly busy. We bought some farm fresh honey. The kids were amazed by the 3D printed creations, the freeze dried candies, and the desserts available at the market. The kids also were entertained at the Build a Pen vendor. They spent a good 10 minutes deciding on the various bobbles to personalize their new pens. it was fun.

It seems like it's a bit hard to social distance because the space is kind of small. I felt pretty comfortable since everyone I saw was wearing a mask and it's held outdoors. There was a lot of snacks I wanted to buy. Some vendors had some delicious looking desserts, especially cookies! Yum! I'll definitely stop by again. All of the vendors we bought from were nice and helpful. This market is usually located in the Hobby Lobby parking lot on North Mesa. It's usually there every Sunday between 11 am and 3 pm. They sometimes switch locations. It's best to check their website uppervalleymarket.com and/or follow their social media @uppervalleymarket to stay up to date on what's happening each week. I would definitely recommend and plan on coming back. I need to get my hands on some of those cookies I saw! Why I left without taking some home is beyond me! I found this location by searching CBD in El Paso. I came…read moredown to Texas from California to visit my mother. She has bone spurs and has a tremendous amount of agonizing pain. I was pleased to find that our government approved a Farm Bill which in part legalized CBD use in Texas along with all other 49 states. I took my mother down there and we were warmly received by the person behind the counter. We were introduced into the products and had all questions answered. The young woman was kind, and very concerned and pointed my mother out to the best option for her condition. My mother is now pain free thanks to this amazing business providing this outstanding medicine. Although many don't like President Trump, all those that use CBD can thank him for legalizing CBD. Those in the state of Texas I'm sure are also very thankful Governor Abbot also ok'd the bill. In California, marijuana is legalized statewide and is a normal thing. I'm just happy that here in Texas my mother can be pain free in a more conservative state. Once again, I want to thank the fine young woman behind the counter that helped my mother alleviate the pain caused by her condition.
