Took it home and tried it out all evening. Saying I couldn't stand the mod is an understatement. It sucked in every category. I took it back this morning to return it. They said they only exchange. This mod was possibly the best fit for my needs of all they had on display ... why would I want an exchange?! The fact that 1) they didn't tell me on the front end of the sale that they only accept exchanges (which would have changed my decision to buy in the first place) and 2) would not offer to refund my money less a restocking fee (as the tank was the only thing they would have to replace) means I would never recommend this vape shop to anyone. I buy hundreds of dollars in mods, juices and other supplies every year. I was looking to make them my vape shop. Not any more.

Many employees appear to be consistently overworked due to staffing shortages and demanding workloads. Workers are often expected to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including customer service, inventory , maintenance with the store, other operational tasks. There are concerns that employees are not receiving sufficient breaks during long shifts and that scheduling practices may contribute to physical and mental exhaustion. Excessive workloads can negatively impact employee well-being, workplace morale, and the quality of customer service. Additionally, some employees feel their concerns regarding workload, scheduling, and workplace expectations are not being adequately addressed. A healthy workplace should encourage open communication between management and staff and ensure that employee concerns are taken seriously and handled fairly. And on top of that they gotta buy waters themselves
