It took them longer than a week to call me back but then I was told that it has been too long, I will be charged and there's probably nothing that can be done to the scar anymore. Not once I was told there was a cut off date, second don't lasers work at any time on scars? Don't people search for scars treatment at any time? So be warned if you are going for laser treatment it won't work as per the staff.... Or is it the free laser that doesn't work? Great to know to someone that went through that.
