There are not enough words to say how happy I am with Ronald and McCafferty Home Services. I am new…read moreto the Florida area and my husband and I recently bought a home, so I called about 10-12 different companies to vet them about everything from painting (interior and exterior of our new home), to electrical work, to something more simple such as power washing. The reason why I picked Ronald was because out of the companies that I called he was one of one that actually answered and responded to my calls and texts (DIRECTLY) within five minutes. Every other company was sending me to a third-party where I would have to explain over and over again to the workers what I wanted/needed. (Most of which unfortunately didn't speak English). Usually, I pick someone with reviews on yelp, however, the companies I called with over 10 reviews almost always sent my call to a third-party and or did not reply right away. I am so extremely happy that I went with my judgment on McCafferty home services. In addition, when Ron did not provide a service, he would either refer me to someone that did, or tell me the honest truth and to do some of my own vetting (example: movers/landscaping). MEANING, he did not send people my way unless he could vouch for them, and this meant a lot to me. At the end of the day, I am so incredibly happy with the craftsmanship, the timeline, and the kind demeanor of him and his team. Also, he sent pictures and videos every step of the way, which was so thoughtful and great for us, some thing he did not have to do. We can't wait to have him install our LED mirrors, paint the outside of our house, and see him once in a while to power wash our front and back yard. This may have been a pretty long review, but to be honest, I did not know how to sum it up and a short version. I highly recommend anyone to use McCafferty Home Services and look forward to hiring them again. Thank you! Sincerely, Laureta (Elle) Cami

The finished work was not presentable, and the overall quality was essentially nonexistent. Another major issue was communication and following the customer's requests. Rather than completing the work according to what was discussed and requested, the owner repeatedly made decisions based on what he wanted to do. As the customer, I expected my instructions and expectations to be respected. Overall, I would not recommend this company. The lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and failure to follow the customer's requests made this a very frustrating experience.

Toro Remodeling helped transform my home! Their attention to detail and honesty is what really…read morehelped the most. Working with William was very easy and he tried to make all my ideas come together. Everything was original in our 1958 house, so Toro Remodeling changed out all the cloth wiring, plumbing, most the drywall, and AC vents. They opened up the kitchen, moving the sink to the island and added a great drop ceiling (Williams idea). Toro also changed both the bathrooms, the doors, and added ceiling lighting to every room. The master bathroom is my favorite!

It took William and his crew over five month to complete the work in my home. They always showed up late or not at all, and when the job was finally completed, it turned out that he had floated the flooring in one of my bathrooms incorrectly, where the water was not draining properly. He promised to return and repair his bad work on the installation of the french drain that he improperly installed, but never returned. I paid William in full and did not withhold any money because he gave me his word that he was going to return and fix the shower stall. It's now November of 2021 and he has never returned to correct his bad work. I've called William Villatoro numerous times but, he never answers nor returned my calls. I would never do business with this company ever again, I would advise others to not deal with William and his company, they tell lies, they rob people and their work and their ethic is poor. I give this company a "0" rating!

Mr Sanchez was very helpful and understood our needs and concerns. 3- The crew members were very professional and knowledgeable as we work together with the engineers to solve our building issues. I will not only recommend them but will consider using them again in future projects. Thank you. Rollie Gonzalez
