Our business used SLS for our sign and it was a terrible experience. The owner, Mike, would not fix…read morethe errors unless we paid him more money than originally quoted, and rather than help his customer, he is blaming us for his errors. First, he was very difficult to reach throughout the process, and showed up very late to every appointment. Then, he printed our sign WITHOUT final approval on the design from us, and installed it. The lettering of our firm runs into the edge of the sign, and the alignment of our words to our logo are spaced strangely. Worse, the sign is totally illegible at night when lit, because the ink used is too light in color. When we asked him about it, he said this is a known issue with printed signs....but he never forewarned us in advance when first reviewing our design colors. For someone who has been in business a long time, he gave us no advice, no consultation and when we told him how unhappy we are he said he was keeping our deposit and won't fix the problem without us paying more than the original quote. He also charges $400 to fill out a permit form. Anyone can go online and fill out the form with some basic information from him for free- instead he charges an absolutely ridiculous fee. Our clients tell us our sign is bad, and now we are out our deposit and need to find someone new to start over with for a new sign. Stay away from SLS.

Mike gave me such a fair price that I didn't need to look any further. He does wholesale sign installations for other companies. The new signs he produced are amazing. The LED system makes a huge difference- best move! Sign is lite with 21,000 lumens and 10x brighter and more visible at night! We couldn't be happier. Mike was extremely professional, fast and his mechanics were excellent! Streetlight Signs earned our business for life. Highly recommend them!
