Our business used SLS for our sign and it was a terrible experience. The owner, Mike, would not fix…read morethe errors unless we paid him more money than originally quoted, and rather than help his customer, he is blaming us for his errors. First, he was very difficult to reach throughout the process, and showed up very late to every appointment. Then, he printed our sign WITHOUT final approval on the design from us, and installed it. The lettering of our firm runs into the edge of the sign, and the alignment of our words to our logo are spaced strangely. Worse, the sign is totally illegible at night when lit, because the ink used is too light in color. When we asked him about it, he said this is a known issue with printed signs....but he never forewarned us in advance when first reviewing our design colors. For someone who has been in business a long time, he gave us no advice, no consultation and when we told him how unhappy we are he said he was keeping our deposit and won't fix the problem without us paying more than the original quote. He also charges $400 to fill out a permit form. Anyone can go online and fill out the form with some basic information from him for free- instead he charges an absolutely ridiculous fee. Our clients tell us our sign is bad, and now we are out our deposit and need to find someone new to start over with for a new sign. Stay away from SLS.

Mike gave me such a fair price that I didn't need to look any further. He does wholesale sign installations for other companies. The new signs he produced are amazing. The LED system makes a huge difference- best move! Sign is lite with 21,000 lumens and 10x brighter and more visible at night! We couldn't be happier. We were in need of having a new one printed and with only hours until the wedding, these folks were able to not only re-print the poster, but also mounted it in the frame and wrapped it so it wouldn't be damaged again. I have a horrible experience with collage.net. At first I…read moregot interested in a collage software they have, so I used it to create a Coffee Table Book. Once I received the printed book it became a huge disappointment! The printing quality is just awful! there are no other words to describe it! All images are dark, colors are off and resolution is extremely low! I uploaded high rez and very sharp pictures, you can look at them on 50 inch screen and they're still very sharp, and in 10x10 album with 3-4 images on a page they look VERY low rez. Here is an example of color issue - here is an example of picture I have on Flickr http://flic.kr/p/cbFCS1 - it's 72 dpi but still pretty sharp and the eyes are blue. On the print I got image is all pixilated and the eyes are brown. When I complained to the customer service I got this email from Nicole Doran, Product Consultant: "I wanted to further explain the product for your knowledge as well. Our Coffee Table Books are a press printed book and will print darker naturally since the paper is more saturated." But this is what they have for the Coffee Table Book description on a website: "Collages.net's Coffee Table Book collection features high quality materials, outstanding color, and fast turnaround time. These books can be ordered as individual books or as a companion book to a Collages.net Album." http://www.collages.net/products/products-coffee-table-books.aspx sounds like a fraud to me. Can't get replacement, no money back....
