So if i order from Amazon, Amazon has no idea that they do not ship in my area (Kremlin Bicetre). What happens is the package is shipped back to Amazon but Amazon doesn't expect it. It gets lost and I never see my money back unless I harass Amazon. Conclusion: when I order from Amazon or elsewhere, there is always a risk that shipping will be handled by this completely inefficient company. And by the way, I have been to their main distribution centers: employees have been known to stole those lost packages.... insane.

I had paid extra to have a packaged SHIPPED to my apartment. I specified the instructions IN FRENCH to the point where a 5-year-old child could clearly understand. Door code, intercom name, floor, apt number, my own cellphone number in case they needed to reach me. And what did I get? ABSOLUTELY nothing I was home during the delivery window 10H to 18H but no one called me let alone sent me a text to let me know they were there! Then I contacted their customer service team with is also COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT; I speak french so the language barrier is not an issue; TURNS OUT my package was placed at a relay point! If I had wanted to save myself the extra money I would've chosen this option from the very beginning! These people are just LAZY and don't want to do their simple job that we pay extra for!
