After UPS almost lost my…read morevery important package and redirecting it for a million times all over Paris, as my last-ditch effort I emailed Lungta at the last minute and Sabah replied to my request immediately (speaks perfect English which is a huge plus for those who don't speak French!!). She promptly called the local UPS office for me to locate the whereabouts of my package BEFORE even charging me anything, she just did it as a favor because I was in distress. Every other courier service I contacted couldn't bother to pick up the phone and call UPS and try to sort this out for me. LONG story short, within 24 hours Lungta contacted UPS, managed to track it down after the package was once again re-directed (!!!) to the suburbs of Paris. They got my package and delivered it to my recipient by 10am Paris time all due to hours of quick, hard work. I really never leave reviews but the HONEST hard work by Lungta has impressed me so much to do so. Of course it didn't come cheap at the end of their service but you really get what you pay for which is a trustworthy partner when you're half way across the world. I would highly highly recommend them to anyone who's in need of courier service in the greater Paris area. MERCI LUNGTA & Sabah !!!

It's not a long glittering career (so far), but I have worked in logistics for 2 years and I speak with hundreds of suppliers and partners a week. I have never received such catered, attentive and direct care as I have today with Lungta. Right when I needed it the most, they were always supportive. Jasmin and Sabah are a credit to themselves and to the company. I found out through speaking with them that they are related, which explains the excellent communication and quality service! There were some delays on DHL's end but delivery was finally completed. The crating was the finest work I've ever seen. The painting was secured and padded extensively, completely protected. I wouldn't use anybody else to ship high value items from Paris in the future.

I was just walking down a random street and popped into this shop because I saw that they looked…read morelike they might repair phones and I was desperate to replace my iphone 5 battery. I went in and was surprised by how fair the pricing was! I paid only 25 euros for my battery to be replaced with a brand new one and it's working great! It used to die after like an hour of use and now I had it fully charged last night and it has lasted me all day. I'm so happy! I also purchased a tempered glass screen protector there and it's really nice :) I'm very happy with their services here and I would recommend going there to anyone. They also fix screens, sell other mobile phone accessories, and they have computers in the back where people can pay a small fee to use the internet. Their prices seemed very fair to me. Back in the US I paid around 75 euros at a similar shop to have my screen fixed on an iPhone 4s and this shop did it for around 35 euros I think... That's a massive difference!
