I had paid extra to have a packaged SHIPPED to my apartment. I specified the instructions IN FRENCH to the point where a 5-year-old child could clearly understand. Door code, intercom name, floor, apt number, my own cellphone number in case they needed to reach me. And what did I get? ABSOLUTELY nothing I was home during the delivery window 10H to 18H but no one called me let alone sent me a text to let me know they were there! Then I contacted their customer service team with is also COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT; I speak french so the language barrier is not an issue; TURNS OUT my package was placed at a relay point! If I had wanted to save myself the extra money I would've chosen this option from the very beginning! These people are just LAZY and don't want to do their simple job that we pay extra for! Now I'M the fool!! Merci.
